Quality grass and great customer service
I own a Landscaping company in Bristol and have ben using Perfectly Green for over a year after using another supplier for over 13 years. Ultra smooth and efficient service from start to finish. Communication first rate and really friendly driver who arrived exactly when scheduled - can’t really ask for much more…although i did, I purchased a 4m x 1.5m end of roll and got at least a 4m x 2.1m roll, so absolute bonus.

Delivery was delayed due to delay at docks. Communication regarding this was good so didn't become a problem.
Disappointed that although we ordered specific lengths the grass came in two large rolls. We can cut to length on site but our usual supplier sends the rolls cut to size.

Our records show that the original quotation was for a 4m wide x 25m long roll but that you requested the roll to be supplied as 2 no 2m widths. The order confirmation shows that the rolls were to be supplied as 2m wide x 25m long rolls, rather than cut to specific lengths.
The vast majority of our roll deliveries are cut length rolls so this could have been provided without a problem. It seems that their was a minor misunderstanding on the rolls lengths as we regularly supply playground contractors with full rolls. Apologies for any inconvenience. PG Team.

I put down a mid range lawn over ten years ago, and it is STILL as good as new!
But remember, the ground preparation, with compacted FLAT MOT is an incredibly important part of the process
