Perfect My Beauty 

I’ve been scammed or robbed by this company. A year ago I paid £91 for a bottle of perfume for my daughters 30th birthday. Got the emails, invoice etc but NO perfume. They even had the cheek to send me an email telling me it had been despatched, and then another a few weeks later asking how they did now it had been received! No perfume delivered. And no response from this company despite me trying to contact them asking where the item is, and then requesting a refund. They’ve had my money and m not happy.

This used to be a good site to buy on, good prices and good customer service, I remember they answered my emails within 1 hour.
But now they completely disappeared, without bothering to notify or return the money of the pending orders. No email or phone response, No money return, website shutdown. They just left without a trace.
I lost +80£ of my last orders.

This is a scam company, you will not recieve goods ordered. Emails won't be answered

This company has taken my money and not delivered the goods they do not return any emails.
Not a good company!!!

I have not received my items after nearly 2 months now I have emailed the company many times and keep saying they are sending the items, also they have taken the money but no signs of a refund at all

Ordered 29th July £69.99 paid never delivered/arrived emails that I have sent have been ignored, disgusting service! Avoid at all costs, paid by credit card going to start a chargeback claim....you are scammers.

Ordered over a month ago and still not received my order

Have used before and never had any problems always recieved my orders up until now. Made an order on the 21st September and still waiting to recieve it. I have tried contacting them a lot and have had no reply back whatsoever. Tried tracking on my account and it says in progress still. But the past 2 days I have tried getting on there website and its stating temporary unavailable our site is currently under maintenance please check back later. I find this very odd. I will NOT be ordering from here again and I would advise anyone else to avoid it. Will keep trying to contact them as I want a refund.

FRAUD SCAMMERS
I ordered perfume from perfect my beauty since 7th of September,products not received. I tried calling several times, phone calls not answered. Tracking on Royal Mail remains same

Order 3 lip gloss and a lipstick in August, still haven't received anything!! Sent several messages to the customer service with no response. This company has taken funds and failed to provide the products paid for! Absolutely dreadful company

I have still not received my ordered I ordered 3 perfumes had no refund as they still not here ordered on the 30th of August! Is now the 20th of sept still nothing or no reply to my emails

Absolutely rubbish.ordered products 4/9/22 ...... now the 18/9/22 not received anything. Nobody replied to emails... DO NOT BUY FROM THIS COMPANY

AVOID AVOID AVOID my order never arrived. Money been taken from bank been waiting for delivery for 10 days now. Iv tried contacting customer service but havent had a reply after 4 emails. Also never got a confirmation email. Absolute joke

I have not yet received my perfume. I need you to action this message. Its now been nearly 3 weeks since I ordered it. I am most disappointed and require a refund and postage!

Please note as of today 23rd September, despite numerous emails I still have not received my item. I have advised Klarna not to take any monies from my account and they have advised me to contact this company again.I know I will not receive a reply.

DO NOT ORDER ANYTHING FROM THIS COMPANY. I am now £134.58 out of pocket. They do not respond to emails or communication, their phone number does not exist. They took the money from my account straight away. I am now raising a formal complaint with trading standards and consumer ombudsman. Avoid at all costs!

Not received my order, despite sending 3 emails, had no reply from you. Paid for 48hr delivery 2 wwks ago.

Don't trust this company. I agree with all the other negative reviews, they are cowboys. I, too, ordered perfume and paid just under £80. No perfume has arrived. After a few emails they promised to refund my money within 5 working days as my parcel has been 'lost in the post'. No sign of the refund and no more replies to further emails. A totally dishonest organisation. I have also had several emails from a 'distribution centre' showing a photograph of a package which could be anything. The distribution centre emails do not carry a logo from any company at all so they are clearly scams. I have not opened any of them.
I am about to open a claim via PayPal. J Johnson
