Never delivered the goods and did…

Never delivered the goods and did manage to get a response which they promised to refund the money in 5 working days after telling them I would be going to trading standards. Still waiting for refund!!DO NOT BUY FROM THIS COMPANY!!!

Need better packaging!

I ordered 2 bronzer palettes, delivery took longer than it should have and when they did finally arrive they were only packed in thin plastic wrapping, no bubble wrap or padding whatsoever! Needless to say they were both just a mass of disintegrated loose powder and went straight in the bin, waste of money!

Scammers

Scammers. Please avoid. Didn't receive my £75 item, paid extra for delivery. No reply from multiple emails and messages. Very upsetting

Goods not received

Goods not received I ordered on 18.07.2022 still not received sent 3 emails rang 8 times sent text message and goods still not received.

Cannot get hold of any one you have more chance of catching casper

Ordered item via Onbuy.com to PerfectMyBeauty

Ordered fragrance via Onbuy.com, £71.99. The seller being PerfectMyBeauty who confirmed dispatched with delivery 18/19 July. NOT received, NO communication still, NO phone number available and NO response following my wife signing up to Perfectmybeauty with direct e-contact with sales team, twice. It's not okay to ignore or not take ownership or responsibility to customers.

Do not use this company

Do not use this company. Have contacted company seven times re not receiving £70 perfume now nearly 3 weeks over due date, they haven’t responded. Have now contacted PayPal for a refund absolutely appalling

My order arrived almost 2 months after…

My order arrived almost 2 months after payment. I was guaranteed delivery within 72hrs before placing the order. I followed up with several emails but there was no response. Till date, I wasn't informed why my order was delayed. I will never recommend them to anyone.
