Slow delivery

My parcel took 8 days to arrive and had no response to emails I sent to see where it was so customer service not the best and no way of contacting on the telephone but once parcel arrived was very happy as thought it maybe a scam

We can confirm a number of email replies were sent back to you, possibly you were receiving them in the spam folder
As for delivery despite dispatching same day there are delays in the courier network due to covid.
We do urge customers to read the delivery info prior to placing order that they may be delays

Great Products

All my items arrived safely in a small compact box which was great compared to some places where the boxes are huge! Everything was just what I had ordered at a great price. Very happy with the whole process and will definitely use them again.

Good selection and prices

Overall great site with lots of choice and good quality fragrances. My only gripe, because I find it hard to believe no-one mentions this, is that buyer reviews are focused on the company and not the products. It is therefore difficult to tell if a fragrance is going to be any good.

I bought:
Victor No.9 - nice woody fragrance. Last a long time. My favourite of the 3 fragrances I purchased.
Futurity - summertime fruity wood smell and again lasts a long time.
President - citrus smell good for summer, but not to my liking.

All items were well packaged and in good sturdy bottles. The continuous spray function is really good. Allows you to get even coverage on your clothes.

Prices are good too, so very likely purchase from Perfect My Beauty again.

I was looking for a Milton-lloyd…

I was looking for a Milton-lloyd product that was virtually impossible to find in the US. They had it. Shipping from GB was pretty fast. I'd buy from them again. They've earned my trust (I'm always little leary ordering items outside the US).
