I ordered the putting mat. This was around the same time as the brexit mayhem. I received emails explaining the delay and had questions answered when I emailed. The team was very helpful and replied quickly. My husband loves this produce. I would recommend this site and product.

My wife ordered this for Christmas for me and we first tried to cancel it before it arrived, but our requests were ignored.
It then arrived and we have been requesting (and being ignored) a refund and collection since. All we have had is a return label but no further detail on collection and certainly no refund.
Taken along with the reviews below the conclusion is that this is a cheap, nasty scam based business with an overpriced product and a business model based on obstructing returns and refunds.
Please don’t make the same mistake as us and sign up for the stress, cost and frustration of dealing with this untrustworthy outfit.

Unfortunately, my experiences of dealing with this company are far from positive and, regrettably, are similar to those detailed in a number of other reviews. I placed my order on 24 November in the expectation that the putting mat would arrive by Christmas. I was sent a tracking number on 26 November and was content with progress until the parcel reached the airline on 1 December, which is where it appears to have stopped. Because nothing happened for a couple of weeks, I emailed customer services on 15 December asking for an update and received a response that same day that included the statement “your order will get to you soon, and definitely before Christmas.” Additionally, I was offered a refund of 20% by way of compensation and I subsequently received an email on 16 December stating that the promised refund had been issued. Following a further enquiry on 23 December, customer services stated “I totally guarantee that your order is in transit and you’ll get it soon.” Despite these promises, the item has not yet been delivered and neither has the 20% refund been made to my account, which prompted another email from me on 11 January. The response, sent on 12 January, again stated that the item would be “delivered soon” and that the refund had “just been issued” - no explanation offered as to the reason why the refund promised on 16 December had not happened.
I find it disappointing that a company that uses the names of a number of high profile PGA golfers to promote the putting mat is unable to fulfill an order placed, at the time of writing, some 52 days ago. I am sure that the mat is an excellent training aid, but whether or not I will ever get the opportunity to find out remains questionable.

Brilliant!!!
Bought this 19th December and it arrived today. Present for my brother and he said it’s the best present he’s ever got. I was a bit wounded when I looked at these reviews and thought I was going to get scammed. Yes it comes from China and that’s not clear on the website but it’s a quality product. I’m really happy!!

I like so many others ordered this on the 9th December for delivery 6-10 days and told delivery for Christmas. It’s been a month now and still no mat !
I did get email saying I will get some money back for the delay but that hasn’t happened either!!!
Avoid this company and save your money!!!!

Terrible.
Ordered mat 12th December for a Christmas present...Still not arrived 9th January. No communication or apology from the company. Won’t reply to emails, Instagram messages, etc. APPAULING. I bought the second mat too so am almost £200 out of pocket with no idea if il ever receive my order. Some of the worst customer service, hope more people see this.

i was disillusioned when my order did not arrive in time for Christmas and I experienced difficulty with communication. However my complaint was managed swiftly and a full refund issued.

I ordered 24th Nov, 2020, e mails I have had response, with the same.It is on its way and the tracker will update.
The tracker still shows, departed for UK, 30th November.
I have received a 30% refund, HOWEVER STILL NO MATT,as of today 8th, January 2021.
That’s 6 weeks!!!!!

This company is an absolute JOKE
This company is an absolute JOKE, avoid avoid avoid! It has now been over a month this I ordered, and over 17 days since they last updated the shipping information which is longer than they quote for shipping in total. I’ve contacted them at least 6 times and get either an automated response or no response at all. They have no idea where my parcel is. The worst service I have ever received. £129 lost! Do not believe those who say they received mat quickly, likely the company writing their own reviews. Also, bran is the auto message name..... (edit) it has now been over a month since I ordered, still not arrived and tracking hasn’t been updated)
In response to the companies comments, we recieved the Mat on 20th Jan, after what felt like 100 emails to chase it. It should have been delivered by Christmas, so I am still really disappointed. We have had it unrolled since then and it still is yet to 'relax' the fabric is bent up at the edges. My other half is happy with it and has said that if it wasn't buckled it would be very good.

The mat itself is great
The mat itself is great, once the bumps have been ironed out. The wooden, ball return clips together well with magnets. We had to wait for over a month for the mat to arrive which was very frustrating, but worth the wait in the end.
