Wrong bed slats and doesn’t fit or stay on the bed base and the mattress is unstable because of it.

Bed was ordered at the end of October. Contacted on 1 November by text for delivery on 2nd. There was a bombarent of texts asking me to confirm delivery. I advised that the time they could deliver would not be convenient but any other day or time that week or the next would be fine. I had no reply other than I would have to wait 10-14 days. It is now 17 days since that message. I have tried to email, call, text, live chat and Facebook message the company and have had no response so I will be claiming a refund for a bed that has never arrived. Dreadful lack of communication and professionalism.

Ĺarge selection of beds and mattresses. Excellent value. The bed I ordered was good quality and looks fantastic! Will be buying beds from here again. Delivery was on time and I received a call from the driver to let me know what time he would arrive.

They delivered a completely different mattress to the one I ordered. It was extremely hard to get in contact with them. After a week of emails they finally responded. Insinuating I may have thought the mattress was like what other brands stock. They have agreed to collect mattress and refund me. I’m still waiting on this. I would not purchase from here if you are wanting the product in the picture!

Poor quality bed! Broken after 6 months! Avoid this company! Ignored all my emails!

Omg what a terrible quality bed. The head board doesn’t fit and the connectors look like they have been made by a 5 year old. Faux leather it is not black material. About the best part is the mattress which is not worth the price I paid. So disappointed.

The drawer size I received is not the small drawer in the picture, but after good communication, the seller refunded the money for the drawer, so overall I am satisfied。

The bed was delivered on time great communication from the driver and it’s a fantastic bed easy to assemble looks great and very comfortable 5 stars !

Ordered a divan bed with headboard for our daughters bedroom.

Bed came super quick!

Headboard delivered was wrong, however delivery driver contacted head office there and then and rectified the issue. New headboard was delivered a week later!

Customer service was great, fast delivery and good quality product !

Ordered bed and it was delivered next day!! Unfortunately it had a support piece missing, I emailed the company and got a rapid reply and a replacement part was shipped out to me in no time!!

Ordered a bed via eBay, was advised it would take 5 working days for dispatch and 5 working days for delivery and that I would be contacted by the courier for a delivery slot. Chased up with the company via their website as response times to eBay messages were abysmal to see when I would be contacted by the courier to arrange a delivery slot was told early this week as it was for some reason dispatched on a Sunday. Waited until yesterday (27/07/2022) to get in contact again to let them know that I was still waiting to hear from the courier about a delivery slot and warned them that if it wasn't delivered by tomorrow (29/07/2022) that I would be in contact with eBay to issue a refund. I woke up this morning (28/07/2022) to find that the company had cancelled my order and issued a refund under the pretense that I had requested this refund through them personally when in reality all I wanted was a delivery slot to know when my bed was arriving so that I could get help to bring it into my bedroom as due to a medical condition I can not lift anything heavy by myself. This company is a complete and utter scam especially when you buy from them via eBay as they just ignore your messages and when you push for answers they'd rather loose a customer and any future customers that I would have brought to them had they just found out the information I wanted to know. I will be making the Trading Standards Authority aware of this incident.

Not delivered within timeframes advertised at checkout and very difficult to get in contact with the company or the courier. Quality of divan ottoman lifting mechanism doesn’t seem great at first inspection.
