Difficult to get hold of customer service as they did not answer phone nor respond to messages. The wrong fabric bed was delivered to me and although order and delivery was quick and the bed seem really good value it was the wrong fabric and colour sent. It was quite frustrating to arrange collection of the bed or get a refund. The bed is blocking my corridor and still not collected.

First rate service from ordering to delivery, definitely recommend.

We ordered a bed online, even if we had an issue I can tell we are very happy as it’s been corrected in a very professional manner very quick.

Very quick delivery received my bed in 2-3 days. Really good quality bed and mattress!!

The delivery time was accurate, I didn’t wait very long for the time slot given. The problem I had was the driver did not bring the bed to my home, as he said he is only supposed to bring it to the first door which is the main door to the estate. There were two entrances to my estate I could use to acces my home, but the driver doesn’t have a trolley so didn’t want to walk that distance which is understandable. I had to ask a neighbour to help me bring it to my home. There is only one man, so if you order from this company and don’t live on a main road where the door is right there you could be stuck. I worry for single women, people with disabilities and the elderly. Don’t expect too much from them. They do the bare minimum.

Excellent product. Easy to put together.
Only downside is they deliver to the door and not inside the house.
I had it on my driveway until I could get help getting it in.

Fantastic service from a fantastic company. Ordered on a Tuesday and delivered within 2 days.

Rang me to confirm order to ensure everything is correct and booking in of delivery was smooth and efficient

The bed is very nice and good quality. Initially ordered a Silver plushed velvet, however recieved silver crushed velvet. The service I got was very good, they apologised and tried to book in another delivery to send the correct colour. Later came to a conclusion that I was happy with the crushed velvet; which then the company gave me £50.

Good communication from start to finish. Extremely happy with the base and headboard!
