AFTER I RECEIVED MY CHIP I HAD QUESTIONS COULD GET NO ANSWERS

I received your Unit FPC-800 for my 2001 Subaru 2.5L Outback engine but it is two wire unit and there is no instruction how to connect it with the 4 wire IAT sensor on my car intake. I tried to connect via your "autosupportassist.com" web site but it doesn't allow me to submit ticket pass the SPAM Prevention future. I even entered my car VIN Number: 4S3BH675817600229 and this was the message I could not send:
My engine Intake Air Temperature sensor is 4 wire unit so it must be combination with either Pressure or Mass Intake sensors. Please advise and provide wiring diagram how to install your Vertex FPC-800 Performance Chip unit.

Please advise so I can change my rating

Nothing changed after 1 month no mpg no hp no governor override nothing

The tuner did not fit in my IAT I chose the specific model and year and yet I got a different one.

Chip came packaged waiting for Spring to Install K&N, New Throttle Body & Chip.

I have put about 300 miles on since installation. I do notice a bit more pep, but, my gas mileage went down about 2 MPG. Not a big difference but is noticeable.

Very easy to install and does it's job well ! 99 Dodge ram 5.2 now getting 17.5 mpg (full tune up tires exhaust and chip)

Buyer beware no support. None. The 1800 number doesn’t work they don’t answer email had to get PayPal involved to get a refund. This is a scam. They send you something and charge you for it.

I sent the package back unopen as I'm partial mechanic and know that is not going to do anything want money back

The best thing I could of purchased besides my car. I told a buddy of mine and he had me buy one for his car as well. It’s amazing as far as the price and the service I couldn’t ask for anything else. Thank you!!!

Can’t even get ahold of these people to find out where my order is, it’s been three weeks and I still haven’t seen my package

Can’t give a good review if I can’t install it.
Don’t know what wires to tap the chip into.
Tried getting ahold of them to see what wires to use but get no response.

Easy to install and already after 2 days of use, seeing an increase of gas mileage.

the chip added a load of horsepower to my 2002 nissan xterra 3.3. i got a few better miles per gallon with the chip too. i’d buy again if i ever get a new car!

No support...product's instructions refer buyer to local automotive technician for help and/or instruct buyer to reach back to this company's support... that does not exist.

More importantly, the address shown on the products site is a beautiful home...whereas the buyer's payments are delivered to a lower class wooded house with no valid address...NOT credible!

I am still waiting for some one to help me return the chip unit I bought as it does NOT fit my car nor are there any schematics provided to help. I did get one reply from "bill" but his directions were not technically correct nor did he offer further help. Fact is, he is MIA after many attempts to get help.

If provided, I would lower my rate to minus zero..

Have send 4 or 5 emails to get a dang diagram so I can install this on my 2005 Ford Escape. I have waited 12 days and still have not got a diagram when it says 24 hour response time. Very irritated and disappointed with the customer service.

Very helpful and informative. Definately notice the difference in the car.
