Looks like everyone got scammed. Phone mail box full now website no longer exists. What a scam!!

Order #32808 Ordered June 14,2022.
Have not received. Telephone says temporarily out of service. No response to emails.
Refund or I will go too the bank and report as Fraud. Further, I will take it too Law Enforcement and the Local News Station.
Showing all the reviews of people being SCAMMED.
Update: I have contacted The bank, their Fraud Department will be investigating this company.
UPDATE: Your reply is ridiculous and absurd. If Shipment was delayed and Not A SCAM. Was did no one reply to emails or advise customers of delay? Why Charge before item is shipped? Why is your phone temporarily out of Service Still?
SCAMMERS is exactly what this company is.

Order #32532 placed June 3rd. Several emails sent with no reply on eta of parts. Phone number listed goes to a full voice mail response no matter what time of day I call. Will be contacting my credit card company and reporting it as fraudulent.

On a side note just checked my credit card statement and the I was billed from part zone 1. I see this does have a listing with the Better Business Bureau maybe time to put a complaint there as well for this non-responsive company

Starting to seriously think I got scammed.

Please provide tracking info or an update of some sort.

I'm pretty sure we are all in the same boat (literally).
Likely they don't ship until they have enough for a container. Those container ships are not fast. Then they have to go through Customs in Vancouver and then trucked to TO or wherever.

Still no update! No calls or emails, nothing. I can’t even cancel my order for a refund, so BS. Do not order from! I will change my review when I get a response, but till then I will keep updating every couple of days till I get in contact with someone!

It has been over a month and still no headlights i am getting a little impatient

I am done waiting I need to know where my headlights are I spent over 300$ and no information and no updates horrible customer service, do not buy from this website, I ordered June 15 and it has been a month, I was patient and would understand that it had to go through customs but they could have at least spent 5 minutes just updating me on where my package is. Placed an order on May 22: Order #32280. Silence since then. Voicemail has been full since May and zero replies to my email requests for information. Will be contacting my credit card company to get my funds back, since this site is clearly fraudulent, especially based on the rest of the reviews I've seen here. Huge disappointment.

A year later you've replied to this 1-star review. Obviously I don't need the part anymore but you owe me a full refund, so go ahead and process that.

UPDATE: your response doesn't help actually. Why has it taken you until a full year later to reply to my TrustPilot review? I also emailed a million times asking for assistance about my order but received no reply. Your email has nothing to do with your faulty payment processor. I also called your number again and again and no one every answered and that has no connection to your faulty payment processor. I definitely never received a refund from you and was never advised about anything until right now.

I still expect a refund for my Order #32280 totalling $253.84 CAD and I've emailed you yet again about it. If you're truly not a scam site you can go ahead reply to my email and issue the refund.

Order#32962 I ordered headlights for my Tahoe on the 24th of June and have yet to get a tracking number. I’ve sent multiple emails and tried calling multiple times. Do not order from them!!
