I placed an order in May order # 32192 and have had no response since but they were quick at charging my credit card,how do they get away with this

Ordered 6/21, status changed to Awaiting shipment. No working phone and no response to email.

I just tried a little something.... asked them to help me with ordering as card won't go through and need help getting order to go through.... maybe they'll reach out.

What I think this company does is take orders, then they order from China at 1/3 the price we pay, and it takes forever.

I live in Buffalo, 85 miles from their door. Gonna road trip it soon......

Performance truck and auto is a scam , I will periodically post reviews till they pay me back my 631 dollars. They stole my money in may and did not ship my parts lying that it’s “ coming from their USA warehouse “ a warehouse that exists only in their criminal minds. Do NOT BE LIKE ME! Check trust pilot before buying from these miscreants who literally will rob Peter to pay paul . I want my money back ! They will never pick your calls or reply your emails, send tracking they do not actually exist as a business. If you buy from them you have yourself to blame

Order#32766, I ordered a bumper for my truck a month ago. No tracking number, no one answers the phone, no one answers emails. I want a full refund, or I’m going to report your company as fraudulent to my credit card company.

It has been over a month and am yet to get any info about how to track my item. it is very disappointing as I have emailed and tried calling number but it keeps saying voicemail is full. I will like to get an update about my order and if I cant get my refund back. Poor customer service overall.

Order 30818. Absolutely the worst experience dealing with this company. Gong show. I received the wrong lights which were cracked and returned to them and have been ghosted since. Multiple emails and no response. I had to get credit card company involved to pursue getting my money back. Do not deal with this company. Poor service and communication since buying in March. 2 months later still waiting for credit on my card.

I would just like a refund, but can’t seem to get ahold of anyone. No phone or email is working. Do you only reply on this review site? This is shady AF. Anyway, email me a return label and send me a refund so I can return the parts I don’t need.

Really wish I would have read these reviews before buying because I am now in the same boat. Took my money over 2 weeks ago, won't email back and also can't get a hold of them through phone at all. Will definitely be reporting fruad to my credit card company if not refunded in the next day or two.

You still have not answered I am going to report this on Monday for Fraud....ok so it’s July 11th and I checked and no refund …..so I am reporting this….

I have called numerous times, one ring and says mailbox full. Sent 3 or 4 emails and nothing back. I am fed up this company is trash and terrible at customer service.
I would like a refund on my order, or i will be going into bank and reporting fraud. Not impressed do not use this company for anything.
