Placed order, but after 4 days made email inquiry as I had gotten no shipping info. Vendor replied with "refunded transaction". No explanation. Further inquiry got no reply. Got PayPal involved and refund went through. Vendor replied through PayPal they had a problem with payment. No idea why, had to be on their end. Product still seems available. I ended up purchasing elsewhere. Horrible customer service, I will never do business with them again. I'm a fragrance collector, so I order from vendors often. I suggest you steer clear of this business.
