They sold me 2 counterfeit fake parfume from De marly do NOT buy them. They look absolutely real and you open and spray and it's a terrible odor. I verified they are not authorized to sell them. I made a mistake and it was too good to be true. They retail for over 400.00 so please be careful. They won't refund me as I opened them. They are denying claims and well they are shipping back to me now and I plan to now get all testing done to have results back on their false claims. Please please be careful. They won't even disoss who they buy it from but admitted they dont from the manufacture so it's not possible they could even make a profit on this.

I bought item through Amazon for my wife. Sent wrong item and refuses to rectify mistake

My order was canceled and said to be refunded but i didn’t receive ANY refund, nor did i get a reason for the company’s cancellation of my order that I was supposed to receive today.

After reading the reviews on here it was. 50/50 chance I’d be ripped off. Most of the reviews that were bad were ones where there was an issue with the order so I’m thinking as long as there’s no issue I should be good. So I’m like let’s that a chance. It was shipped next day so I’m thinking awesome everything is good but nope I got a different bottle. Same brand different fragrance. I emailed no response. So definitely customer service lacks. Now on to the next part the bottle they did send was a complete fake it was a good fake but I already had the same bottle and was able to compare. No response still from them so I called my bank and disputed the charge. So a warning to all they have very good fakes and you won’t be able to tell unless u have the real one

I ordered a cologne from this company. It turned out to be the wrong brand. I asked to return the product and was refused. I would not recommend this online store to anyone!

I placed my order and almost immediately they provided me with a tracking number because a shipping label was made. As a seller I know for you to make a shipping label you have to have a product. Well, it's been 10 days and it has not been shipped out which is not really my problem. The problem is... is that I've tried to contact them three times and nobody will email back!!! I said to myself I wouldn't leave a negative review until my third email, so here we are. Byer beware I don't know if this is a legit perfume company.
