Made my Daughters Birthday

I bought item through Amazon for my wife. Sent wrong item and refuses to rectify mistake

My order was canceled and said to be refunded but i didn’t receive ANY refund, nor did i get a reason for the company’s cancellation of my order that I was supposed to receive today.

Great value and quick shipping.

After reading the reviews on here it was. 50/50 chance I’d be ripped off. Most of the reviews that were bad were ones where there was an issue with the order so I’m thinking as long as there’s no issue I should be good. So I’m like let’s that a chance. It was shipped next day so I’m thinking awesome everything is good but nope I got a different bottle. Same brand different fragrance. I emailed no response. So definitely customer service lacks. Now on to the next part the bottle they did send was a complete fake it was a good fake but I already had the same bottle and was able to compare. No response still from them so I called my bank and disputed the charge. So a warning to all they have very good fakes and you won’t be able to tell unless u have the real one

I ordered a cologne from this company. It turned out to be the wrong brand. I asked to return the product and was refused. I would not recommend this online store to anyone!

I placed my order and almost immediately they provided me with a tracking number because a shipping label was made. As a seller I know for you to make a shipping label you have to have a product. Well, it's been 10 days and it has not been shipped out which is not really my problem. The problem is... is that I've tried to contact them three times and nobody will email back!!! I said to myself I wouldn't leave a negative review until my third email, so here we are. Byer beware I don't know if this is a legit perfume company.

Totally satisfied with my order.shipping was a bit slow but I received the real product I ordered.

Do not order from this store. I ordered Muglers Over the Musk body cream and it smells nothing like the perfume or a jar that I already have. Ive called the store ateast five times and the lady that answers says her manager needs to tell her what to do or call me back. I emailed with no response and have had no phone call back. I looked for the body cream on their sit and its not there anymore so that leads me to believe it was the only one and maybe old. Just use caution buying here because you the quality may not be up to par and the customer service is horrible.

I used my brand new card to make this first only purchase - and my card information was stolen and used to make unauthorized charges!
I will have police investigate it - you must protect consumers financial information

The cologne was delivered fine. The problem was it was 1.7 fl.oz and I found the 6.7 fl.oz for the same price.

They sent the incorrect item. Not only was it the wrong item, the one they sent was open and used. They never bothered to replace or refund- actually they ignored my emails.

Honestly I was nervous at first but my fragrance arrived super fast and the prices were great.

Love the scent, awesome purchase process. Great shipping
