Review one more time because I don’t think this company cares about its customers. They sent me a broken bottle I ship it back and they never gave me a refund. Now they are saying the broken bottle I sent is old and that they never sold me this bottle. Smfh

i was a little doubtful seeing that the website didn’t have many reviews but i took a chance. i placed my order optimistically and now have no regrets, im very happy to find exactly what i wanted. i checked the authenticity of the fragrance and checked the batch code being relieved that they are legit. i reccomend this website and can personally say its legit

This is my first purchase from PerfumesAndrea.com and I bought the fragrance that I like for the best price on the Net. I am happy and satisfied, I just have a question to the seller, normally a brand new bottle the first pumps on the sprayer have air, this one sprayed from the first one, made me feel it was not new, at least it came unsealed, which makes me think if that was the reason of the great price. Anyway, I love my fragrance.

I placed an order and received the wrong perfume. Tried emailing them twice, it’s been a week and still have yet to hear from anybody. Frustrating!
It’s not Christmas rush and it’s past Valentine’s Day so I’m really trying to find a reason for them not replying in a timely manner but can’t seem to find one

I ordered Kanon mens cologne on 12/27/2024 via Amazon for $86. Tracking stated shipped on 12/29/2024 via FedEx. FedEx states they didn’t received package yet from shipper. Who is giving me misinformation?! How do I resolve this?

On November 24, I purchased Lacoste Intense perfume, but I received a completely different perfume from the same company. After contacting the seller, they assured me that they would refund my money. However, since November, the refund has not been processed, and it is now January. I have continued to call the seller, but they only promise to issue a refund. Be cautious with this seller, as they do not return money and send the wrong products.

I placed an order on 12/21/24 with the expectation of not receiving the item by Christmas. I received confirmation of the order and on 12/23/24received an email with tracking information. I was okay with the information that USPS was waiting on shipper. However as I have continued to wait the package has still not been sent to USPS, it is now January 9, 2025. I attempted to call today January 9,2025 and the phone just rings. Please either ship the item or refund my CC. Order#5156

Ordered a bottle of cologne on 12/29. Didn’t receive an email confirmation of the order or anything at all. I started to get worried so I called a few days later, Tuesday evening. Gentleman said he would mail it out Tuesday, obviously meaning not that day but in another week. No the fastest shipping is it? Well, that day is today, and when I look at the tracking info the UPS isn’t even in possession of the package. So a week and a half later, it still hasn’t shipped yet. Never again. I’ll stick to my usual fragrance discounters after this. No idea why other people are saying the shipping is fast. Fake reviews maybe?

Re: order #5035 - I ordered 2 bottles of Champs Elysees 2.5 oz EDT Spray, but only 1 bottle was delivered last week. I would like for the 2nd bottle to be delivered, please. Or please send a refund. Thank you.

I placed on order on 9 December for 2 items and its status still says "Preparing shipment". This is already over a week ago and no further update!

**UPDATE**: My order has been cancelled without reason. What a company! Why try to sell products that you cannot deliver?

Very upset our paul Sebastian colonge came without a sprayer inside the bottle. However the man on the phone returned our money back to our credit card very quickly. So that made me happy.

Incorrect item. I ordered the Ariana Grande Cloud perfume pack with the body wash and body lotion and perfume. Instead gave me the body mist perfume instead of the body wash
