My order hasn't arrived after more than three weeks. I've chased twice but had no reply. I have since ordered from the Perfume Shop from which I received a much better service and have already received what I ordered while I still wait for Perfumes of London.

Really terrible.
Really terrible.
Placed order 2 weeks ago and still nothing. Have emailed twice with no response. Telephone leads to an answer machine.
Pay a bit more and go elsewhere; it’ll save you money in the long run!
UPDATE: I opened a PayPal dispute. Magically the day after a tracking number appeared and then a very badly packaged parcel appeared the next day on a 24 hour ship. What a coincidence! Glad I got it but really I’d rather not have to open a dispute to get them to do their actual job and send me the product I’d already paid for. Plus no refund for the delivery. What. A. Joke.
So. Avoid. Try Sense42; same price, shipped with tracking the next day, arrived the day after that.
