A little slow with the post otherwise excellent value

Great price for the product, so I purchased, as it showed as available on 30th November. The next day the email update changed to awaiting stock. I emailed them 9 days later, as they don’t answer the phone, to ask if it would arrive for Christmas, which was 16 days away. They got in touch to say they had cancelled my order, which I did not want to do - I was just concerned. They did reinstate the order. This was followed up a week later. The response time on email reply was 3-5 days, so I changed my request and cancelled the order. They were quick to respond then and told me the item was shipped. No tracking details provided to back that up. It is 23rd December and it still hasn’t arrived. All this time, the item is still available to buy on their website. I bought the item elsewhere as this company cannot be relied upon. Other stores would not show as in stock if they didn’t have it. If you want perfume, I wouldn’t recommend this company.

Be prepared to wait a very long time for your order, Also don't expect any replies to emails, and they don't answer the phone either.

Good website, product arrived just as ordered, safely packaged and in excellent time.

Very satisfied with the product I bought, took a while to arrive but the postage was free and it is a Christmas gift for my mum so wasn't in a hurry to receive it.

This is not a legitimate company they don't have a shop all lies !!
Take money dont send the product!
Emailed 4 times same email back how it got lost in the post ect they will isue a refund in 7 days!!
Ordered in early September still waiting for that refund !!

Perfumes of london have resolved my problem.

Shortly after making an on line order with Perfumes of London I received an Email stating that the order was cancelled. No explanation or anything, even though it was still showing available on their website. I queried this and asked about a refund and in the meantime bought the item elsewhere. Several hours later I got an Email stating that the order was being processed. There is no way to contact them by phone, just a pre recorded message saying that no one is available so I Emailed them again stating that due to the previous "Cancelled Order " Email I no longer required it and wanted a refund. They replied that I would be refunded in 7 - 10 working days but well over 2 weeks later still no refund and I have had to raise a claim via PayPal to get my money back. Terrible service at best, bunch of cowboys/scammers at worst.

Placed an order, never received it. I was told it got lost in the post and offered a full refund within 7 working days. 7 days past and still waiting...I have a feeling this is a scam! Absolutely terrible!!!!

Change my review and they would send me a new perfume, well surprise surprise no replacement has arrived!
Tried calling can’t get through and emailed had no reply after 3 days.
Need to find out how to get my money back!

I have been ask to do a review twice on a product which had a 3-7 day delivery time (even during covid) and after 9 days I still have not received it, there is no link to track it and I have had only one confirmation email for the order,very poor communications, and no body available to take a call when you ring them.

Still haven’t received the perfume after 4 weeks of waiting. The perfume was meant to be a gift. Would love to know where it is but communication with this company is awful. Will not be using this company in the future.

Really pleased to find a favourite product in stock at a very reasonable price. P&P a bit steep, if I'm honest, but this meant that it made sense to order more (maybe that's a deliberate strategy!)
The delivery arrived bang on time as promised, well-packaged and in tact. Will definitely use again
