Worst service ever. Should have looked at some of the bad reviews on here. This is the first time I have ever written a review and the service was so bad that I felt compelled to warn others. I ordered my perfume and 2 weeks later, it still hadn't arrived. Emailed them only to be told "It was shipped but sometimes it gets lost in the post, but we don't have anymore in stock as the one you bought was at a special price" Complete and utter BS. There were other reviews saying the exact same problem. Clearly didn't send the product out in the first place. Can't give 0 stars for the service, so had to settle for 1 star! Please avoid. Used perfume click instead, which was much much better service!

Parcel lost had to get a refund... Not great

If there was a zero on here I would have given it.
Right from the start when I ordered the purfume which they had it in stock, I waited a couple of weeks with no word.
I emailed them asking where it was they replied saying it might have been lost in the post.
So I waited again for 2 more weeks without success. By this time I was getting frustrated, I emailed them for a refund which they agreed.
I waited and waited but nothing. I decided to put in a complaint with PayPal and within 2 days the purfume company paid straight out.
If it wasn't through PayPal I would have never got my refund. A Big thanks to paypal.
Purfumes of London are one of the worse company's I have dealt with. Never again.

Terrible company. Don’t reply to emails, don’t answer the phone. Do not dispatch within 48 hours - I mailed and eventually they replied saying did I want my money back. I asked if it had been sent after 8 days - they just refunded me without me saying so. I don’t believe they have the stock, take your money and they then try to source your items.

21 days from placing order to delivery. I placed my perfume order on 7 November 2019 and received it on 28 November 2019 - it was a Birthday present for a friend, but arrived much too late. After several e mails to Perfumes of London, when my perfume did eventually arrive, it was sent using Royal Mail 48, which is not a Trackable service. I would suggest the company, in future, consider using Royal Mail Tracked, so that a delayed/missing item may be tracked on line, thus proving orders have been sent, which would help both the sender and recipient.

Very good price for my perfume. Took a while for delivery, but worth the wait. Best price for the perfume I’ve seen, ever. My daughter actually thought it was a scam!

Perfumes are very reasonably priced and delivery was quick with good communication. Will definitely use again.

Not received my item or any reason why! Been waiting over the 3-7 working days as stated! Tried to contact but no reply as yet! Hopeful it will get sorted!

Exactly as ordered in excellent condition. Arrived quickly and good contact.

Very poor communication and service. Our order wasn't fulfilled and I had to go through PayPal to get our money back.

Good luck trying to get these guys on the phone. In no less than 8 attempts we got an answer machine everytime. Our email response took at least 4 days.

Would not recommend.
