Product disappeared
Product disappeared, I waited 2 weeks before they would track it despite me advising them straight away that tracking wasnt updated. By which time they no longer had any of my product. They were slow in responding to emails. Disappointed to say the least.

Received my order of Hugo boss in…
Received my order of Hugo boss in motion white.. It was meant to be a present for someone.... BUT it has arrived with no outer cellophane and dents to the box. So completely looks second hand.. Lesson learnt not to order from here again just dissapointing it cost nearly £30.

Usually good, and now my third purchase. Unfortunately, poor packaging and a mix up in the warehouse meant that I was sent the wrong bottle for one EDT and the other got crumpled in transit.
So not the best performance, but will continue to use.
