Very good service at a great price!
I took a gamble on this website (because I didn't recognise them and they came up in a google search) and I'm glad I did. I was really pleased with the service - My perfume arrived within a few days, and nicely packaged. I will definitely buy from them again :-)

Did not receive my item after a week so…
Did not receive my item after a week so sent an email to chase it up to be told the item had been 'lost in the post' and that as that was the last perfume at the discounted price they could not send another so instead issued me a refund. Although the response and refund was quick, I wonder how long I would have been waiting unless I had emailed them first to find out what was happening!

Poor Customer Service
Item hasn't arrived. Nobody ever answers the phone number on the website. It always goes through to voicemail every single time - try calling them before you buy. I wish I had tried to call them before purchase. Nobody answers emails either. AVOID. Pay a bit more for a better customer experience.
