Terrible in every possible way
Item was mislabeled on the website confusingly as both a 'perfume' and 'EDT' yet there with a clearly labeled item with a much cheaper price as an EDT. I ordered one of each, expecting a perfume and EDT but received identical EDT products which I was not happy with yet I politely asked how this situation can be rectified and the item returned.
Their customer service adviser Tina handled the situation atrociously, stating that they don't individually inspect all items and then the website was amended to try to hide their mislabeled error. Tina failed to provide any answers to the questions I asked and proved to be very lazy and dense with her profoundly slow replies to the many e-mails I asked in order to return the items and gain a refund that I as a consumer was entitled to. Eventually she replied stating that the item was received back to them and a refund would be given within 10 working days, after ONE MONTH I still did not receive my refund so I contacted pay pal to launch a formal complaint. Perfumes of London immediately contacted me within 24 hours (which was a first from my experience) and agreed to a refund and blamed the delay on 'their mistake'.
The whole experience was the worst I ever had with any company and it's a shame that these cowboys still operate and that it had to take intervention from Pay-pal to ensure they acted fairly -avoid at all costs. There are far more honest, efficient and cheaper websites to buy perfumes from.

Easy to use website and a great price. Normally £45 for a 200ml bottle of Pour Homme but this was £13 cheaper!
If delivery turns out to be hassle free (I've only just ordered it) then this is an excellent website.
UPDATE 28/10/15 - Waited 2 weeks but still no show. Was told to wait 2 weeks when I chased after 1 week. Apparently issueing a refund but they've got no stock to replace it. Original wasn't tracked so wondering if anything was ever shipped in the first place? I've had to complete a submission to Royal Mail to allow them to get a refund, but the cynic inside me wonders if this is a scam to get money out of Royal Mail? They use a 3rd party (called mysupportsite) to handle their submissions to Royal Mail.
UPDATE 2/11/15 - "Could we please ask you to remove the defamatory text from your review so we can close your order." Sounds like my refund will only happen if I edit my review.
