John and Gary installed my Suns Lifestyle Pergola. Very communicative, any issues came straight to me to explain and keep me aware of things. Nice guys, cleaned up after themselves and I have a lovely Pergola!

John and Stuart did a fabulous job installing my new pergola from Suns Lifestyle. I liked that they took the time before they started to ask which way I wanted the slats to go and which way I wanted them to open. I highly recommend them.

John and Gary did such a great job installing the new pergola, approx. 1hr 40m to erect and bolt down the structure, then fitted the pull down screens.

John and Billy were great at delivering the garden furniture my wife had purchased. I was at home by myself and needed a helping hand getting it through the house to the back garden and they didn't hesitate to give me a hand.

Installed just as it is on TV on my decking and as per my preferences. Also cleaned up the paper boxes that came with the pergola.
On time, highly professional and excellent job done.

Had my pergola installed by John and Pam today and they have exceeded expectations. Professional and polite from start to finish, explained me through every step to make sure I was happy with the finished product. They were quicker than I expected and cleared all the mess and even took the empty boxes away. Highly recommended.

Installed a 3x3m pergola today for us, completed on time, no fuss and a great professional job done. Kept in touch on timings, and was all done an hour or two ahead of schedule. All packaging and rubbish removed too, I wouldnt hesitate to recommend them.

They took the time to explain everything to us throughout the installation and were particularly keen to make sure we were happy at the end of the job. They paid great attention to detail and made sure everything was spot on.

I think it’s important to say that they also took all empty boxes and packaging with them and you would not know that they had even been there.

Well what can I say. From start to finish the whole experience was superb. The communication was spot on, and as for the speed of fitment it really was something else. I had a great install team in John, Gary & Billy and they really were amazing. Came on the weekend in order to install which we totally didn’t expect. We really were not expecting it finished this side of Easter. On the day they were great, so tidy with their work , always communicating with me. Sadly neither me or my wife could be present on the day of install but it really didn’t matter because I knew from the first time that I spoke to them how professional they were. They were face timing me to make sure that we were 100% satisfied with the placement & the workmanship at every stage. On completion they even took all of the boxes with them which is a first for us, thank you so much to CM for the great product and secondly to John, Gary & Billy for the superb workmanship. All the best guys !

John and gary have just finished erecting our pergola. They were knowledgable, polite and took care to ensure it was in the right place and that we knew how to work everything like the lights and heater. John and Pam came out and built our new 3x3 metre pergola. We were very impressed from the word go. We were thoroughly looked after, they answered all our questions and talked us through the build process.
At the end of the build, they showed me and my wife how to correctly use the pergola and also went into great depth about after care and maintenance of the pergola. We have also recommended their services to our family and friends.

After recent storm it left my pagola tipped over and leaning on my fence John and James attended today and have managed to save and rebuild it and secure it. The guys are so friendly and keep you informed every step of the way. Thanks for all your help .
