Just bought it in early April and enjoying the outdoor time now
Product quality is good. Although there is a little bit of hiccups due to a missing metal part delivery, the customer support team sorted that out quickly. 5 stars deserved.

From finding the right size to ordering to receiving to installing and now the final result, I am delighted with Pergolux... Despite creating a totally bespoke installation of my own, the product was flexible enough to achieve what I wanted and it looks truly ace in my garden.. Very satisfied customer.

S3 frameless screen installs
This is the first time we have used Pergolux . A Real quality product . The S3 screens were easy to install and had a real positive feel to them ... I will definitely be using them again in the future ... Customer service was great also .

Terrible communication regarding…
Terrible communication regarding delays. Ordered on the 16th Feb - spent 8k. I have emailed them several times. The repeated response is “we are waiting to hear from the warehouse”. Then emails asking me to rate their customer support service. And yet still I see their advertisements showing as in stock.
If they just explained the delay and provided a sensible update I wouldn’t be thinking about cancelling the order.

I’ve been using my PERGOLUX Pergola S2 4x4 for over a year now, and I couldn’t be happier with it. The quality and durability of the pergola are outstanding — it has handled all kinds of weather without any issues and still looks like new. The materials and construction feel very solid and reliable.
Additionally, I’d like to highlight the excellent customer service provided by PERGOLUX. Any time I had questions or needed support, their team was always quick to respond and genuinely helpful. It’s rare to find a company that stands behind its product like this.

Pergolux is a brilliant well designed…
Pergolux is a brilliant well designed product. However, i was launched too soon in the UK and the PERGOLUX team and those behind it were not up to speed. Delays in deliveries (glass) and construction issues caused problems with our contractor. Erection information, videos etc. were available but still not all areas were covered (or difficult the find.) Suggested timescale for erection by a third party grossly exaggerated. (3 -5 days!). Despite these problems, the product is fantastic and if Pergolux address the problems which we experienced then i would say that it is the best on the market.
