The delivery was much quicker than I had anticipated, which was a great surprise. The product itself met my expectations.

Terrible communication, 4 weeks overdue so far. I’ve chased by phone and by email. The one response I’ve had said “we are waiting to hear from the warehouse”. Why isn’t someone picking up the phone internally and getting the confirmed delivery date? They’ve taken my money on the basis of items being in stock for delivery in two weeks, then gone completely silent. Meanwhile they keep advertisements sale after sale of the products still showing as in stock.

We bought this very expensive 4x4m pergola last year because we wanted a good quality product, but unfortunately we’ve have had a catalogue of problems that remain ongoing. Firstly the pergola arrived with damaged Louvre’s, it was very difficult to assemble due to poor instructions and misaligned pre-drilled holes in the frame, one of the foot plates even appeared to drilled completely wrong. These issues were eventually resolved following many emails, but next there came problems with the lights as the supplied fittings were the wrong type and could not be connected. Replacements were sent but they were also the wrong type so eventually after weeks of calls, videos etc we had to drive all the way to Abingdon to the warehouse with the lights to show them the problem firsthand! They gave us new a new set of lights with the right connectors at the warehouse and we thought thank god all is now resolved. However, about 12 months after the power unit for the louvres started to have a delayed action and then intermittently not open or close at all! We’ve again exchanged multiple emails and videos in addition to re- pairing the remote with the power unit according to the technician instructions without success. PERGOLUX have now offered us a new ‘upgraded’ power unit, but apparently the connectors are not compatible with ours and so we’re waiting for converters! In summary the pergola looks good, but because of all the issues I would say it was not worth the money and we are currently stuck with a pergola that we can’t even open or fully use!

Excellent product, easy to assemble and install

Found the whole process from ordering through to installation (done myself) to be very straight forward. Did take quite a while to have everything delivered but this was mentioned very early in the ordering process so was aware there would be a few months delay. Customer service was very good and always willing to answer my questions/concerns (regardless of how daft they were). Special thanks to Tarek who I dealt with on a regular basis and always resolved any problem I had, which were all minimul to be fair. The build quality is great. A very solid piece of kit. If you are securing the frame legs to a porcelain tile or similar and you have the money then you may want to hire someone to come and install for you as it's not for the feint hearted. Happy with the end result though :)

The lead times on the website are laughable, when purchasing it says delivery within 5 working says, well I ordered some time in October and had little to no communication for weeks and weeks so I reached out to them. I was then told the 5 days meant from when it leaves them which is odd. I was then given a new lead time of December and then finally received most my order in late January.

The order arrived and it's a mass of boxes, it's not overly clear what is in each box and whether you have all your order as there's not any documents just a bunch of boxes and glass panels. Again I reach out to Pergolux and in all fairness I get a quick response, we determine I am missing a box for the LED lights. Again we play the waiting game but after a few email exchanges FedEx deliver the LEDs.

In preparation for the handyman coming to help assemble I start checking through the boxes and instructions again to make sure everything is in order....again realise there's no box for the control box, no information stating whether it's in its own box or in one of the larger boxes. So send and email to Pergolux and subsequently go through the boxes and there is no sign of the control box.

So we're into Feb and still haven't received everything we need and there's the possibility of something else being missing but we won't know until we start to build it.

I'm just hoping that the quality of the product and assembly go to plan and it redeems itself, but there's also mention in some of the instructions that I might need to contact them again if certain screws don't fit. It's all becoming a bit of a faff and considering it's not cheap having spent around £9k you'd expect a smoother operation.

What I will say is when contacting Pergolux they have been quick to respond, but I think some better documents making it clear what is where, itemised breakdown of whether you have everything you should in your delivery and just giving more realistic leadtimes and being a bit more forthcoming providing updates would make the whole experience alot better.

Fingers crossed I can come back and give it another couple of stars when it's all built 🤞

Finally built and it's brilliant, very pleased with the end result. We did have the issues with the Louvre bolts but replacements arrived extremely quickly but would recommend reaching out and requesting these before building as it saves time.

Preparation is key, it says things need to be flat and they mean it. Prepare everything in advance it makes life alot easier. It says it's a DIY job but with three glass sides and the pergola to erect it was hard work for 3 men, one of which is a professional handyman with all the tools / experience.

The instructions would benefit from some text instructions to clarify things, we spent considerable time deciphering the instructions. Also print them off rather than using your phone or tablet.

I could pick fault with little bits here and there but honestly the end result is amazing and even with all the issues Pergolux were amazing with their communication and delivery despite us initially waiting a long time.

Would I recommend to someone else? I'm not sure, I think if the lead times were clearer and everything arrived as it should of done at the same time, Yes I would recommend.

Over all, I am absolutely delighted with end result and love our new pergola. It was fun to erect and I enjoyed the process, including fitting the sliding screens. It has been greatly admired since it was finished and is a great asset to the house.
The bad bit was the delivery date post ordering which took an age and we did not enjoy that part of the experience at all. It went from being a couple of weeks, to a couple of months, to pretty much six months before the whole order finally arrived - hence the four stars instead of five. I gave four stars because the customer service from Kerian and Tarek was really good and they stuck with it throughout. Kerian particularly went above and beyond to try and keep us happy and keep us informed of what was happening - or not happening.
I believe that the deliveries (logistics) are now much more under control which is good as it is a cracking product for the money and was only let down by the supply chain. I thought the quality of the product was excellent and the instructions were pretty easy to follow and they have done a great job with videos showing the process and a step by step PDF that you can have as an App on your phone, tablet or laptop.
Do give them a go (make sure you establish likely delivery dates before you hit the ‘go’ button if the completion is time sensitive) as I once the pergola is up, you will not regret it.

This is for an additional screen to go with the pergola. it has taken months for it to come into stock. That aside the delivery company they use are very disorganised. You can see my linked review but pergolux get 3 stars for being associated with them. No opportunity to change delivery date on the tracking site. I cannot sit at home for a 3-5 business day window. The next ussue is a text at 0629 this morning telling me it would not be delivered. Only for it to be delivered. If you want to sell thousands of pounds of product to somebody, get a delivery company that is not going to trash your reputation through disorganisation

Ordered a 4x3 pergola with sides, heater and lights. Customer service was excellent! Very happy with my purchase.

I’ve been holding fire writing a review to see what the final product is like, however it’s now been 4.5 months since I initially placed the order and there’s still no light at the end of the tunnel. After a delay in shipping the pergola we then had to wait for our lights, only to discover they are faulty. We also had to wait 4 months for the heater. A replacement LED strip was sent out after 4 months (from our initial report), however an incorrect strip has now been delivered so we’re still waiting. Each time we have to partially take the pergola apart, which has wasted heaps of time not to mention goodness knows how many calls and emails. Beware of delivery timescales online - we ordered under the impression items were in stock, however after a huge delay across months we questioned this and was told stock levels are not updated / accurate online. It’s a massive shame as the structure of the pergola seems robust in comparison to some alternatives we viewed, however the extreme delivery delays and product faults massively overshadow this.

10/10 Everything was spot on.
It was an effort to assemble, and if you can afford the assembly assistance I would recommend it. However 2 of us managed it in about 14 hours over a weekend.

I would also recommend investing in a self levelling laser if you plan on doing it yourself. Saved us loads of time.

Wow wow wow! We are so impressed with our Sundream S2 4x3 with electric roof, heaters and fully glazed. At first we considered adding it to our kitchen almost like a conservatory and we are so glad our garden designer steered us to making it an extra room in the garden. We are away from the hustle and bustle of our home. Walking outside to this peaceful retreat has been a game changer, wether it’s for our morning coffee in the early morning sunshine, to sunbathing during the day or working on the laptop when working from home, to the evening and entertaining friends with a glass of wine it’s simply incredible. The added heaters make it so cozy and opting to have glass on each side really was the best decision, it’s so bright and we get a 36O view of our beautiful renovationed garden, huge palms cleverly placed just above the roof make it feel like a tropical paradise with the electric roof that adds so much light and air or a chance to lay back and star gaze at night. It’s so well made, its a lovely dark grey that blends in but is chunky to add to its quality. The glass slides easily on every side meaning on those hot sunny days it can be completely opened. At night the led lights are so good they reflect in the glass reflecting endless squares of light. The choice of led colour is fun to play around with giving a different feel and can even be dimmed giving endless options. Value for money and quality this is a no brainer, cheaper than a house extension or an outdated conservatory. If like us you are unable to see one in real life pergolux gave us a video call which we did but still not sure if the quality was going to be as good as it looked, we can assure you it’s even better. It looks 3 times more than what we paid. Our garden has been completed transformed and this was literally the cherry on the top. Many thanks to all at Pergolux for giving us a new way of life for many years to come, we can not sing your praises enough with great customer service. Took months to come despite showing in stock when ordered. Cancelled glass doors as delivery time was sooo long and ordered a kit from Deponti and installed them instead.
However, pergola is really great quality and the only let down was the delivery time

We are delighted with our Skydance S2 pergola - it's extremely well built, functions perfectly and looks amazing. I would suggest using the recommended installer, MHeavenLtd, as installation was fairly complex and the recommended installer has the knowledge and tools to do the job properly.
