Wonderful end product that we are very much enjoying. A great addition to our backyard retreat that we are glad we found before committing to a standard pergola. Our only issues were with a few missing parts and a more difficult assembly than anticipated. It took a while to get the parts. Despite a ton of assembly resources there were still a few unclear issues. Customer service was helpful. Don't let those minor issues stop you though, the finished unit was worth it.

We received our Pergolux pergola on time, however, when we received it, the shipping company had damaged multiple pieces. The customer service at Pergolux was fantastic and rush ordered replacement parts to be delivered and replaced immediately. Assembly was straightforward and the quality can't be beat.

We have truly enjoyed our Pergola. The installation crew was great. The whole experience was well worth it.

I Had a serious issue with the attempted delivery of my Pergolux until Avit Vazquez got involved. I worked with many different people with the shipping company and Pergolux customer service department to no Avail. But In one day she got it all straightened out and my delivery is back on tract. I purchased the 13x16 white pergola from Pergolux, and I couldn’t be happier with the experience. The installation was straightforward — it took two afternoons with two people, and the instruction videos were spot-on. We had no issues or complications along the way.

Lets start off with I was never informed the pergolas were not in stock before purchase. Though it did state shipping time of about 15 days only. After constant emails to them the told me they would be shipped to me sometime in mid December, a solid 4 months after purchase.
I do no appreciate being deceived about the delivery time, and I really don't like the lack communication so far. How can I give them anything more than 1 star??

Pergolux looks amazing and is a high quality product. We have new construction with zero shade this solved the issue. Wish I'd purchased another screen. It was challenging to put together a 10'x10' with two adults. Definitely recommend.

We purchased my Pergolux Sundream S2 this year and it has performed perfectly. It keeps our patio at least 10 degrees cooler during hot weather. We enjoy our Pergola especially at night with our friends on the patio for a BBQ.
It is nice to open the louvers and look at the sky while eating. Sometimes it is cool and we turn the heater on and it is just enough to take the chill off and let us enjoy conversation.
I can recommend purchasing from Pergolux because their staff is really helpful and nice to chat with. I have had a few issues with my programming the remote and found out it is the operator not the product !!
We purchased a screen for it and plan to purchase another one for the adjacent side after the winter.
We recommend Pergolux to anyone looking to upgrade their yard !!

I have told everyone that if you need a pergola, pergolux is the only company to go with. They have been so helpful from the first minute I contacted them regarding some questions. All the way through getting the pergola and getting it set up. Even my contractor had some questions and they were able to walk him through everything and send him information and diagrams to satisfy the city inspector while adding it to our house. Even though it was a freestanding because we needed two poles on each end and then put in a beefed up header to add it to our house. You were absolutely helpful in every single thing that we needed. It turned out absolutely beautiful and I can't wait to enjoy it for many years to come. Pergolux is definitely the company to go with. I did my research for 2 years before choosing your company and I am so absolutely glad that I did and found your company. My contractor said that he has never seen a pergola that is so sturdy and so well built. And the screens are absolutely heavy duty and beautiful. The delivery was great the delivery crew was respectful and helped put it all in our garage until our new deck was done. Once the deck was done that crew put up our Pergolux for us. We have now attached a tv to it so we can enjoy evening movies and now football with all our neighbors. Go LIONS! All of the neighbors go by on their boats and stop in to sit on our deck and enjoy the Pergolux… now in cooler temps they walk over to watch a game with the heater on. BEST INVESTMENT EVER! Great product; went together easily and is very heavy duty. Everyone who sees it loves it. No issues during the recent Nor'easter. Took a while to make the decision to purchase it and have no regrets.

These pergolas are very easy to assemble and very durable. We had a pergola raising party where seven of us neighbors assembled two of the large size Pergolas faster than the YouTube team. They also withstood winds of 120+ miles per hour in hurricanes Helene and Milton. I love my Pergolas.!

The Pergola is great and pretty easy to assemble. Our delivery was painfully slow. The pergola sat 15 minutes away from us for two weeks and Pergolus kept laying the blame on the delivery company, which they hired. I finally threatened to cancel the order and they got active. The boxes were delivered a half hour later.

Materials are solid, directions were great and we are so pleased with this new outdoor space. No more sun in our eyes. It’s so wonderful to be outside longer each day.

I purchased the Sundream pergola and expected to have it in a couple weeks, which ended up being several months. I must say, the wait was worth it. It’s beautiful and well made. I absolutely love it! The motorized roof, LED lighting, a heater are nice touches. I, also, purchased the wood privacy panels—Not sure it’s worth the expense, but overall this is a beautiful addition to my backyard.

The pergola is great. It works well, looks awesome, and is built to last. You can tell there was a lot of thought engineering this thing. The only issue I have is the “2 capable people can build it in 3-4 hours” part. It took me a weekend for the structure, itself. Not to mention another 2 weekends sanding, staining, and sealing the wood wall we purchased. What does that say about me?

I love the pergola, it is very good quality and definitely adds to my back yard enjoyment, What kinda bothered me was that after two weeks the controller started to malfunction. I did get a replacement but I had to pay $300 for my handyman to take the pergola somewhat apart and replace it. Just seems to me that for something like this you should of covered the cost.

I did a lot of research on pergolas during our yard remodel - very happy I went with Pergolux. We get so many complements from everyone that comes over. Not only looks great but functionality works well also - electric louvers, heating lamps, etc. Pergolux team was very helpful with any questions.

This product is excellently manufactured. Fit and finish is exceptional. The instructions and videos make assembly a breeze. I had some help with the initial erection, but the majority of the build was on my own. The lighting package is a definite plus and the electric heater is a nice touch of heat from behind on the cool evenings with our outdoor fireplace. We added a shade on the left side which filters the sun perfectly. Our outside space use has grown exponentially.
