I really like thease patches. As a girl who has suspected endometriosis and hate heat! This is great. I hated the bulky heated pads which lasted 1 hour of heat and didn’t help me at all. Normal painkillers also don’t help, so this has really helped me during them times! The tingling sensation distracts my brain from the pain and really helps with regulating my pain. I’d 100% recommend them.

I have endometriosis and pop these on when I’m going out as it takes a percentage of the pain off

They’re really well made and I definitely recommend these over other brands! They don’t completely curb the pain but not much does with endo so this is a great thing to pair with painkillers and other methods

Good product but expensive for 5 pieces of plaster material and shipping is pricey

I recommend everyone to buy these especially if you're like me where during the first 2 days you can't do anything due to cramps and heavy flow. With these patches I completely forgot I was on my period, it really stems the flow and there is no feeling of gushing whatsoever. Cramps basically non-existent. I wish I had found out about these sooner

I have stage 4 Deep Infiltrating Endometriosis on my bowel and bladder and adenomyosis as well as ovarian cysts. I live with chronic pelvic pain. A friend suggested this exact brand for me to try and I’ve since been through about 5-6 packs in the last 6 months. I never go anywhere without period harmony in my bag. I wear it on nights out, it’s helped me with major flares of pain, it’s been the think to stop me having to go to hospital and helped me get to sleep. I buy direct from the company themselves now on a subscription, which arrived swiftly.

The product is a blessing for my daughter who suffers with painful periods we have tried many different products and this one is the best by far it sticks really well to the skin and stays in place with her active lifestyle and lasts 12 hours I would highly recommend

I ordered a product as a gift for my granddaughter. As it was unavailable at the time I wasn’t sure how long I would have to wait. However the company gave me a date when to expect my order and was pleasantly surprised to receive it earlier than expected. I have since put in another order. The company communicate very well.

Since using this patches I feel it has eased the pain and will continue to use them.

I love these patches!! I have endometriosis & adenomyosis and these definitely help with pain alongside my usual pain relief. They are easy to apply & remove, don't leave a sticky residue & provide relief for a whole day. I'm already placing my next order!

I bought these patches on a review of a girl that suffers from endometriosis like me and I also read the reviews on the website of period harmony. Well what I can say? I wasn’t disappointed and they certainly do, do the trick and I’d defo recommend these and will be buying more. Nice packaging and discreet and can keep in any bag as well

I use these on the first day of my period each month to help with intense cramping and pain and this has significantly reduced witu the patch on. It has a lovely smell too - eucalyptus I think! Would recommend trying!

It soothes and calms my raging uterus. And i love the smell of menthol, also calming.
