Period Harmony Reviews 

I have endometriosis and Period Harmony patches work so well for me! Decided to finally leave a review since this is about my 4th time ordering from them. I heard about them through endometriosisem on TikTok and they provide a lot of relief for me and are also the perfect shape and size! I'm able to use my Aura Tens unit above the patches and have both on my stomach at once! If you have Chronic pain or struggle with painful periods please try this out!

The cramps that I often experience was significantly reduced after I had applied the patch. The minty smell perceived from it only reminded me that I’ve got something on. I definitely would recommend.

It really does help with my period pain, the patch helps to minimise the pain and my cramps now are much less painful!!
Overall, it’s great and the smell is very relaxing as well!!

I was skeptical at first regarding their effectiveness on my extremely painful cramps, but they really do soothe the pain in a matter of minutes. The soothing effect lasts for hours as well, so I can go through my day without worrying about unpredictable pain spikes.

I bought these as I didn’t want to keep taking tablets abd tgeg did not disappoint they arrived just in time a d I will definitely be recommending theses to al my female friends .

I really didn’t think it’d work but it did! I love the tingling sensation and find these really handy for when I’m mobile/travelling or on hot days when I don’t want to wear/carry a hot water bottle with me. It’s nice to find a natural alternative to medication. I didn’t find it as effective for intense cramping days, but it covers day one cramps for example. My only wish is that the strip came in more colours to reflect the diversity of their customers’ skin tones.

I use Period Harmony at night and it really eases my pain.

I get really really bad pins during my cycle and these were amazing. Took my pain away in minutes. No medicine needed, just the patches. I even gave some to friends and they loved them.

These were great and not completely alleviating pain but reducing the pain and the need for many painkillers. It did burn on my tummy so I put it on my lower back and that was much better!

Really useful alternative to medication. I found using these in the day really helped and they did soothe my pain. I have ordered more and will continue to use them going forward.

I think the instagram user gave false and misleading information, these patches do not help and are a rip off
