Just plain awful! I'm still furious. After my experience with Period Style I would advise everyone not to use this company. I ordered a cast iron radiator and was told the lead time would be about 5/6 weeks. After 7 weeks I called..and called..and called. When someone finally answered the phone I was told my radiator was delayed (no kidding) and was told I would be told when it might come. After 10 weeks I called...and called...and called and when eventually I got hold of someone I was given a date for my radiator then heard nothing right up until this date. I needed to know whether to take a day off work so again I went through the usual tiresome phone calling to contact them. Again I was told it was delayed ('so why couldn't you have let me know?!') Anyway, by about 16 weeks after I first ordered the radiator, I was told, it was in stock (imagine my excitement) ...but, wait for it, it would take 3/4 weeks for the satin finishing! I felt they were having a laugh and cancelled. It took almost a month and several calls to get my money back during which time they must surely have lied to me when they said the money was being transferred and would be in my account in 4/5 working days. To sum up- no professionalism, no communication, lies ...and no radiator.

Bought a beautiful radiator and recieved a shockingly cast and pitted one with hardly any design left on it, period style finally told us to return at our cost for a refund so we will be out of pocket through no fault of our own. They take forever to reply and saybtheybhave when they haven't not proffesional at all. I wish Incould post a photo, This item should've been re-melted down, I dont want it in my house

Absolutely useless and there’s no way I’d buy radiators from these jokers. One online form, 2 calls and 1 email and I still don’t have so much as a quote. Their rads aren’t the real deal either - copies of the traditional Carron’s.
Online chat was hilarious, too. They can’t spell simple words for toffee and that doesn’t instill you with confidence does it!!
Buy from these guys and you take your chances. I’m not placing an order. The woman on the end of the phone promised to get back to me and still hasn’t despite calling again. In fact it’ll be three calls they’ve had from me and not two. I could tell over the phone that customers were a nuisance to her.

sent something completely different to what I ordered they said they had phoned to ask if I wanted something different but why wouid I ,should of said it was out of stock when I ordered it

We were advised the order would be ten working days. It’s over a month now and we’ve not received our radiators sadly. Communication is very poor and they rarely pick up the phone. One time we got through to the sales manager and he suggested £2400 was not a big order and not important in the long scale. What a shame, as it is for us.

It’s just a case of wait and see now, as they don’t respond to any small request we ask for. I hope others wanting to decorate have a much better experience with them, yet it may be safer to stay clear. Good luck.

Unfortunately I’ve had to chase the sales team on nurmerous occasions about the status of my order of radiators. I emailed with no response, and called twice when someone said they’d call me back - but they never did. They don’t provide delivery into the house, only curb side yet stipulate it’s the purchasers responsibility to ensure they can be brought in the house - and they way a ton! So I’m desperately trying to find out when my delivery will happen so I can do this, obviously wanting them to arrive sooner rather than later. Only reason I didn’t give a poor review is because I haven’t seen the finished product yet and I just hope they were worth the hassle but I will not use them again.

They promised delivery next few days and then told me it was out of stock only when I chased them. I needed the item to be installed at a certain time, so their failure has cost me money!

Excellent service from office staff to delivery driver. Quality product at a good price and without the rip off delivery charges of other competitors.

What a great service and indeed an excellent product. The website was clear and easy to use, I received plenty of communication about the order and the delivery, the delivery was on time and above all the doors are superbly made. will definitely use Period Style again.

This company have been one of the best we have used in a new house build. Doors are of an incredibly high standard we are so pleased.

The doors which I received are very well made and I am very pleased with them. I was not however happy with the customer service. Three delivery dates which I was given for the doors were missed. I understand that Period Style's supplier had problems. However, I would have expected PS to monitor the supplier more closely and ensure that realistic delivery dates were being given and that the supplier met them. Throughout the order period, PS never rang me to say that the most recent delivery date had been missed; I had to call them and then they phoned the supplier. PS didn't get a grip on the situation until I threatened to cancel the order

Really disappointed with order I placed. Was ordering from New Zealand and selected this at check out. So assumed the shipping was correct. I then get an email to tell me shipping quoted was wrong and would be considerably more £150 more !!! Guessing you do not ship over seas a lot. But think you should update your checkout process. And I am still waiting on my refund which can take up to 14 days !!!

Great customer service, prompt and efficient contact and dispatch. Highly recommend.

The pine door we ordered 'unfinished' was of such such quality I thought they'd sent us a polished version. We are so pleased with their product we have just ordered another one. Who knows we may end up replacing every door in the cottage!
