Column radiators
We found Period Style online after almost giving up on affordable column radiators. The service was quick and easy, the radiators arrived within a week and seem excellent (although I haven't plumbed them in yet!).

My letter plate arrived damaged and the company collected and replaced it very quickly. I would have awarded 5 stars except that items are supplied without fixings which is a great shame.

Quality products and service.
Very happy with the coving we purchased far better quality than what is available locally. The service was prompt and of a very high standard, keeping us posted from ordering right through to delivery. Would definitely recommend this company.

However, we tried to contact you on various occasions with the contact number you provided when you placed the order online. Unfortunately we were only able to leave a voicemail message - we did so on two occasions to explain the items of brassware you had ordered were currently unavailable in the quantity you requested.
After 14 days, there had been no response to our voicemail messages - we thought best to cancel the order and refund. A day later, you did get in touch - at that point we were able to explain we could send out part of your order and give you a full refund any remaining products we were unable to send at that time. I am hoping now, since these items were sent out to you that day and received the following day, that you feel differently about how your order was handled.
Please be assured we try and deliver a very high quality of service to our customers and I hope you are satisfied with the high quality items you received.

Perfect for Purpose
The ceiling roses were lovely . They are naturally delicate due to being made of plaster.
There was slight damage on the underside of one of the roses . Thankfully this didn't show when in place .

Having had problems several years ago with a similar order, I must say this time around the order has arrived when advised, in excellent condition. I must also complement the haulage company used as the driver went out of his way to drop the pallet off in a convenient position

Purchase of cornice
We chose the cornice we would like from the website. Made a phone call to check a couple of details spoke to a very helpful lady. Made the order on line, very simple process. Received confirmation email or order then despatch and the goods arrived next day.
Couldn't fault any of the process at all, absolutely excellent. Have yet to fix the cornice, so can't really comment on the product as yet but seems fine.

Large Lancaster Traditional Plaster Coving
Trouble free transaction from start to finish, polite customer service and the delivery driver was also very polite. Highly recommended if you are looking for quality Coving. I will be buying more in the near future to finish off our renovation work.
