Paid for pants I never received. Can't speak with a human being because there's no customer service phone number. Email communication isn't ongoing, you get one email per day if you're luck with no resolution. Horrific service at a premium price. Good luck dealing with this company. 🫤

Premium price not premium quality. It's a Chinese company operating out an American warehouse. Pants are worth half of what they are charging. Bought the 3 pair to get the discount and would never buy pagain. Couldn't reach anybody about a return and when I finally got an answer they said because tags were removed no refund. Buy Tommy Bahama,Johnston Murphy ,Ralph Lauren . Far better quality same price. Most positive reviews are bot driven!

Pants did not fit so they charged me $10.00 to send them back. If your fit is suppose is be great you should not have to return them. Never by anything from Perk

No cutomer service, no reply to emails inquiries. The mens short size is too small. I offered to pay the shipping to exchange to a larger size howerver after ten emails to the company no replies. The only reply was an auto reply from Memorial day that they were busy however Memorial day was ten days ago. Bad cutomer experience

I could not get a return label to return my pants. They are not sized correctly. I would not recommend this company. Stick with Jack Archer. I guess I'll throw the Perks in the garbage and loose my money.

Absolutely worst customer service. Do not buy from them! After they used a second rate delivery service that did not link to their website to let me know what was coming, the package was mis delivered. I got an email from uniuni that showed the right mailbox but wrong porch. I realized that perk has no number to call. Ive now emailed three times with no response in sight.

After multiple emails to Perk (there is no customer service phone number anywhere) I was finally able to return the pants I received in error. Yesterday I received a package with two of the three pairs of pants I ordered. Both pairs were "Slim Fit" which I did not order. The same day I received an email stating that I did not receive the third pair because they are out of that color.

I have requested a return label so I can ship these "Slim Fit" pants back. I have also requested a full refund. Their slogan is "100% Happiness Guaranteed" - DON'T BELIEVE THEM...

I initiated a return on the 26th. Confirmed with USPS that the package was delivered and nobody will respond to my messages and I have not been issued a refund yet after almost a month

Absolutely the worst service I have ever encountered. They do not answer emails. Only after replying to an email trying to get me to buy more pants did I get a response - 7 days later! They answered my question about a return, yet the grace period had expired. I emailed them the day I received the package (from Vietnam) -- if you try calling their customer service there is some music and ultimately you are offered to buy other items -- no human being. I was duped by their advertising :(

I ordered my typical size, but the pants felt small. I exchanged for the next side up and the thighs still were very tight (I'm a runner). I tried to exchanged one last time and was told I wasn't able to. So now I have multiple pairs of pants I can't do anything with. These are quite expensive so I am very frustrated.

Purchased several times in the past. Last order had a major issue. Their customer service aka “happiness team” is very slow and other than a generic email it is useless.

NEVER GOT MY ORDER #158274 - PLACED 11/24 - NO RESPONSE FROM SUPPORT AT ALL !!! EVER !

Basically, these are glorified golf pants, with a higher price tag.
But, I loved the khaki pants so much that I bought a second pair, then I decided that I needed blue, black, and charcoal (grey). SO, why the three stars? These pants are consistent. For some strange reason, the identical sizes are not identical. Only the khaki fit fantastic, all of the other colors are either too tight, or way too lose. All of them are the same 35 waist, by 32 length. I'm 6', 220, athletic build. My waist is usually 34, but the khaki's size 35 was the best fit, without being too snug on the thighs and calves.
Oddly enough, the blue pants are super tight, I even bought 2 pairs. Then, the black and charcoal pants that I purchased a month ago are both too big! These aren't cheap pants, so I'm basically sitting with a few pairs that I really will never wear.

I returned two pairs of chinos, as they did not fit properly. (not at all as advertised) I have proof they received the package three days after mailing. When I received no acknowledgement of my return or refund, I started contacting customer service. Perk is disorganized, rude and still now one month later has not credited me my refund. They are dishonest and please save yourself the time and aggravation -- do not order from the. Besides all this, the clothes were poorly made and grossly mis-sized/advertised. I will make it my mission to tell everyone not to order from Perk ever.

Bought for my husband but got the wrong size since he has lost some weight recently. Customer service was super accommodating and helped me through the exchange process. My husband loves his perky butt, and so do I

I purchased an order on August 3rd and the package was delivered by the 7th just in time for my birthday. Loved the product and customer services. Will be buying more.

I returned two pairs of chinos, as they did not fit properly. I’d paid their $2.98 fee for free returns. I have proof they received the package eight days ago, and I have not heard anything despite my sending five emails requesting confirmation that they did indeed receive it and are processing the refund. .There is no other way to contact them. Their customer support is horrific! (i.e. nonexistent). I will never order anything from them again.

The 3 pairs of pants I purchased did not fit, so I sent them back via their return policy. They received them on 5/20/25 at 1:22 p.m., but I have yet to receive a refund. I also emailed them, but still have not heard back from them. There is no way to call and talk to someone, so I am hoping I am not out $270.00. I received my refund on 6/3/25.

Perk refuses to respond to e-mails for a return & refund. Will never do business with this company and highly recommend any consumer avoid them lia=ke the plague!
