Lash and brow serum left my eyes feeling like they had been filled with sand. I did a patch test and all was fine but there was clearly something in there my eyes can’t tolerate so I advise caution. Was offered half of my money back per their T&Cs so I hope that happens soon. I will update my review to confirm when I receive the refund.

I made an error when purchasing but when I contacted the company for help, they couldn't have been more supportive. The error was corrected and money refunded straight away. Brilliant customer service.

I have had reactions to all eyelash serums I’ve tried in the past but not to this! It’s so gentle on the skin & it really works.
Only been using a few months & notice a difference already. Will definitely re buy

I recently bought the masks and lash oil. The lash oil is horribly thick and smells. After a few tries I've had to ditch as it gets everywhere. It's unavoidable to apply and not have it run. It really stings if you get it in your eyes which always happens. As for the masks, it was not clear from the website you needed to buy the oil, bowl or spoon to make them up yourself. I only found out when I opened the packaging to find just a powder and googled what to do. I bought products after seeing a social media reel and was sucked into some sob story about being an independent business being threatened by a big company and wanted to support what felt like a genuine, smaller business. Selling powder that makes up masks but not the rest of the kit feels pretty misleading and shocking. I feel ick as it seems to be a scam company. Guess this is my lesson not to buy from social media ads again!

Got my long awaited refresh of PERL Nourishing Brow and Lash oil only to find that for the same price of £26 per vial there was actually 20% less product in it. Not good.

Me and my bf loved it. Results were clear. Good customer service.

Easy to navigate the site. Rapid delivery. Product is easy to apply and although early days as only been over a week, my lashes are softer and mascara goes on and looks better then it was starting to due to peri menopausal lash decrease. Thank you i hope to be able to afford more items from the site soon.

Found this company on instagram and really like the creators and the heartfelt reason for starting the business in the first place.
I’ve been trying to find a serum to use on my eyebrows that is more natural and good for sensitive skin. I have only been using it for a few days but I love the product and how nourishing it feels. I’ve been using whats left on the spoolie on my eyelashes and wasn’t really expecting much, but after a few days my eyelashes look healthier, longer and more defined.
Couldn’t recommend this product more!

The product came in great time and is beautifully packaged! I’ve heard such great things about it and so far so good - can wait to see the results

This lash oil is by far my favourite from the ones ive tried so far (ive tried a couple of big name brands) and although im only a few days in so too early to see any lash growth, its definitely made my mascara apply so much better than before because my lashes are nourished and healthier, no irritation and doesnt feel like youve got it on while sleeping. Im excited to see the growth over the next couple of months as a sufferer of undiagnosed trichotillomania.

I emailed straight after placing my order realising there was a promo for free lash oil on orders over £30 and I hadn’t placed it in my basket - I was helped very quickly and my lash oil turned up the day after my order. My skin has honestly never looked and felt better since I started consistently using the cleansing balm and facial oil! I truly feel like my skin is glowing! I’ve used the face mask twice now and it really does feel like a little spa day at home I love it 🥰

The radiance facial oil is absolute boss! Makes my face so soft, the best overnight treatment. I have combination skin and put moisturiser on afterwards to get all the goodness soaked into my skin.
I’m waiting for payday to stock up on more products.
