Pernia’s Pop - up Shop and one of their team members Riddhi Nagda came through! She was excellent and updated me. In the beginning I thought this won’t work out especially with the little time consuming, but it all worked out. Their team and customer service is amazing and they were all excellent! They connected with me each time I needed to get answers. Eventually everything came out together perfectly and so beautifully! Our MM outfit is so so gorgeous and perfect on point!! I requested them last minute to adjust the size and that was done so perfectly on point especially the skirt length, ugh we love it!! They assured me with the correct delivery date even though I was not expected but it was nicely packaged and delivered!! So happy! Can’t wait to share photos!!

Pernia’s has elegant and refined outfits. The customer service is excellent and th delivery service was great.

My experience with Pernia’s Pop-Up Shop has been nothing short of abysmal. Easily the worst online shopping and customer service experience I’ve ever had. I purchased my wedding outfit through them and specifically confirmed with a customer service representative that the item could be returned if it didn’t fit. I was told it was returnable as long as I notified them within 24 hours of delivery (already an extremely restrictive policy).

When the outfit arrived, it was drastically smaller than the measurements listed online and clearly did not fit as expected. However, Pernia’s is now refusing to honor the return, claiming the item is non-refundable, directly contradicting what their own representative told me over the phone.

What should have been an exciting purchase for my wedding has instead turned into weeks of frustrating back-and-forth with customer service. Responses take days, most of my questions are ignored, and I repeatedly receive the same copy-and-paste responses instead of any real assistance or accountability.

This experience has been disappointing, stressful, and completely avoidable. I strongly urge Pernia’s management or customer service leadership to review this case and make it right. Based on my experience, I would tell others to avoid purchasing from Pernia's entirely.

I am very tall and ordered a custom outfit which I received as identical to the photo. It was beautiful, well made and fit, except for the neck which was not one of the measurements required. The zipper also was stuck. Customer service (Riddhi and Shonny) was outstanding and called me several times to discuss and video chat the solution. I ended up returning the top for correction and received the altered item, which fit perfectly. Overall, I would recommend this company.

Henry Dsouza was very helpful i am glad he is the one who assisted my shoppings.

Very good Customer service

Great customer service. Henry help me track my order regularly and was very helpful with all the questions I had regarding the order.
My only feedback is that there should be one person assigned for one order so that communication is clear and the customer does not have to deal with multiple people for the same order.

Awful handling of delivery service to Italy. Extremely disappointed with the Pernia store not taking accountability for their mistakes which have caused a heavy price for me to pay

Ashiya from Pernia’s online store turned around a less than satisfactory experience and made it good one for me
My original choice , was not available, after paying. Not acceptable
However Ashiya worked through the situation patiently and calmly with me and helped me to choose and get a replacement.
She shone !

Good experience

Pernia's has a completely awful refund & return policy. Received a saree that looked like a different coloring and undertone than the images. Since this was a $2,000+ item, I requested to return it (still had its tags and was not custom-sized) and wanted to buy something else at Pernia's. The customer service reps argued with me about the color and refused to grant the refund. Completely unacceptable for an online shop with such expensive items. Never shopping there again

Extremely disappointing experience with Pernia’s Pop-Up Shop Hyderabad.

We ordered two dresses for my daughter on the same day through the same sales associate, Naveena, using the same measurements. One dress fit perfectly, while the second dress for her wedding reception was completely wrong. The blouse was too loose, the skirt was about 4 inches too long, and the neckline did not match the original design.

We were told measurements would be taken and the outfit would be custom-made with a six-week timeline. However, the final garment had a “Medium” label inside, and Pernia later claimed it was simply made as a standard medium size.

Despite multiple emails, WhatsApp messages, photos, and calls, Pernia’s only solution was for us to visit their New York store and pay at least $250 more for alterations on an outfit they made incorrectly.

Very poor customer service, no accountability, and extremely disappointing handling of an important outfit for a wedding reception. I would not recommend Pernia’s Pop-Up Shop Hyderabad based on this experience.

Great customer experience with Henry! Highly recommend

I had a place a last minute order for two outfits a month prior to a wedding I had to attend. These outfits had to be tailored through a 3rd party designer. I worked with Henry Jackson D’Souza from Pernia Popup Shop, who was very attentive to my requirements for the outfits, was very quick to respond to queries and also fixed a shipment issue when it was realized that the outfits would be delivered after the wedding date. Quality clothing is very important for customers, but what’s even more important is a caring customer support team who curate to the needs of the customer. It was a pleasure working with Henry to get my order sorted out.
I am yet to receive my orders but will update this review once the items are received. :)

I ordered two dresses from them and when it arrived in the UK I got an email by DHL saying I needed to pay 56 pounds for tax which I never agreed on paying. They have their page where they talk about taxes and delivery and they have a list of countries showing how much tax will be. The UK is not even in there! So is an insanely misleading website that is not clear at all with the amount of tax that you have to pay.I bought a dress for 80 and the other one for 60 pounds, and paying 56 pounds extra for tax is just not worth it. And bc they are outside of the UK they do not care at all about costumer service and they do not offer a refund or a return. So please DO NOT BUY FROM THIS WEBSITE if you are outside of India. The tax fees will be insane and its just not worth it. The dresses are also okay nothing crazy. And definitely not worth the price.
