I missed off a discount code and…
I missed off a discount code and contacted c/s immediately explaining what had happened but an email came back 2 days later telling me just to return my order when it was delivered. I was hoping they could simply credit the voucher to my account. I generally love the products but I think the response was possibly from a chatbot!

Shopped sale items, was in luck the under eye moisturiser I was after was in the sale, bought 2 as very good price. While shopping took advantage of good price in body moisturiser, this is the first time I have used this product and only had it a few days but it feels amazing and my old stressed skin looks hydrated just with a few applications, love it, really please to be able to try a new product at a reduced price as would probably not have paid the full amount not knowing how it would work.
