I have had my watch for some years now
I have had my watch for some years now, and although I have not had to call for help so far I check it regularly and have always received prompt and helpful response from your staff.
The only hiccup was when the charger magnetic connection needed replacing after about a year.
Otherwise I have been very pleased with the security it offers.

I had to have the fall alert removed as it was too sensitive but the company were helpful and supportive. The personal alarm gives me peace of mind in the house and garden in case I need help.

Because I live in s barn with very thick walls mobile reception very bad. This alarm was able to receive a signal and I can connect through my mobile which I always carry with me. As yet have only used it for testing. Hope I never have to!

Personal alarm - a two - way process
My personal alarm is as requested ; and it turns out to be a very stylish wrist watch ! I received clear information about how the alarm process works . But unfortunately it arrived in a box which did not contain the equally important Key Safe . Which suggests that my personal circumstances - no family or keyholder friends - was not adequately understood/registered.
