I placed my order for a giant birthday cheque with photo on a Saturday. I received a draft copy by email on Monday morning and requested a couple of minor changes. I received the amended version an hour later which I approved. It came in the post the next day and was perfect.

Ordered some personalised poker chips. Got back to me within a couple of days with a template which I made a slight change. Revised template sent back to me the same day which was perfect and the chips were produced and I received them two days later. Great service from Lou.

Slight glitch when ordering on the website but rapidly sorted by a phone call. Delighted with the presentation cheque. 2nd time I have used this company and think they are great.

Ordered customised poker chips. Great communication. Couldn’t have been more helpful, took all our customisations via WhatsApp and delivered an amazing, great value product. We were expecting a cheap, flimsy plastic but they’re actually a weighty, authentic feeling casino chip! 10/10.

I ordered some personalised notes to use at my friend's wedding but I was worried that my order wouldn't arrive in time as I did order pretty late. Thankfully, Lou went above and beyond to make sure that my order was just right and arrived well in time!

The finished product looked absolutely fantastic and was instrumental in creating many fun memories at my friend's wedding day!!

Best service ever. From ordering the item to getting the draft and then to the delivery I have to say it was very efficient. Everything was done in a matter of a week and a half and that was with the draft being changed a couple of times. Would 100% use them again and would 100% recommend them.
