I have ordered a few keyrings from here and have been really happy in general,the keyrings are fab it's just the box on the last one ended up ripped as the courier rammed it through my letterbox so maybe more padding

Absolutely awful customer service. Ordered item on 6th September and still not arrived and this is 29th September. Constantly being fobbed off with just wait and have a future discount. I will never order from this company again amd I am taking it further as I want a refund. Totally unacceptable to be continually told to keep waiting a month later

Photo wasn’t glued in key ring

I thought this was supposed to be birthday wrapping paper it is too stiff to wrap anything up in.

you ask for an order of how you would like the pictures put on the paper which we choose , but them you sent it with the pictures in a completely different pace . this meant the message we was sending in the sequence on the paper did not make sense any more . in the end we could not use.
