Great service and lovely product

Absolutely rubbish! What a waste of money . THE PHOTO has actually been cut crooked so the top left hand corner is actually missing! Too late to reorder as a birthday present, won't be ordering from them again

Ordered an item with a 5 working day turnaround. The email confirmation stated they’d let me know when it had been dispatched. 2 weeks later, still not dispatched. Have emailed the company 4 times, messaged on instagram and Facebook, tried to call. No response to anything! Facebook reviews saying similar things happening often. No refund, still no contact from them, avoid at all costs!!

I ordered a personalised key ring. The quality of this was very poor.

I ordered a personalised keychain and was really looking forward to it, but when it arrived the image was extremely blurry and unclear. The picture quality is so poor that you can hardly make out the details. It doesn’t look anything like the preview shown when I ordered. For something that’s supposed to be personal and sentimental, this was a huge letdown. Definitely not worth the money.

I didn't hold out much hope with my keyring being relatively cheap, but WOW it was amazing. The quality of it and the clear photo. I would have paid more. Do not hesitate to buy.

Ordered a photo keyring. The photo was clear and not fuzzy. Seems good quality and arrived quickly. My daughter loved it.

My purchase was straightforward, easy to order and personalise. Although it was a tad on the expensive side, I understand the premium with it being personalised. The item was well packaged and arrived in a timely fashion. The communications kept me informed as to the status of my order. Overall an very satisfied - thank you.

I ordered a Personalized Mag from this website, and I’m extremely disappointed. The item arrived with a defect, and the photo on it is very blurry, not at all what I expected. On top of that, the box and the item were damaged when I received them.
I emailed the company right away to report the issue, but no one has responded to me. The lack of customer service is really frustrating.
I would not recommend ordering from this website to anyone. Very poor experience from start to finish.

The writing printed on the keyring is not even readable, just a blurry mess. It's printed wonky, appalling quality. Not impressed at all!

Ordered tshirt 2.6 and os now 11 days and i didnt get my order,no one is replaying on my email,worse website ever definitely will escalate my money back from bank

Quick delivery but quality of photo on keyring was so shocking I can't give it as a gift. Surprising as it was only a small item so the photo shouldn't have been distorted that much.

Great product. Had a misprint on my first canvas but Laura was such a help and sorted everything with great communication. Professional and friendly!

Easy to order online , regular updates on order . Great product, looks more expensive than it is . Will definitely use this again .
