Hi I am really disappointed with this order I recieved I thought I was receiving a cushion not just a cushion cover I'm not sure if I read the information wrong and it was just the cushion cover I was purchasing so now I have to go and buy a separate cushion before I give it to my granddaughter as it was a gift for her new bedroom as she loves anything to do with llamas but apart from that it is good quality thats why I've decided to keep it thankyou

My cushions came in a terrible state and i have emailed u liads if time and it still not sorted and yr saying i gave u a 5 star rating no i didnt i cant beleive its been a week and u still have not sorted my problem or offered me a refund u just keep passing the buck im so disappointed wiv ur company as these cushions i ordered were not cheap

Great cushion, my family loved it.
My only criticism is that it was a Christmas present and was delivered a month late.

I ordered a cushion cover on the 6th dec. It only arrived a few weeks ago after a lot of emails. The quality of it wasnt good. I was very disappointed. When I emailed them, they said that the picture I sent them wasnt good enough and it was too dark. The pic was of my dog. The picture was perfect quality and my dog is black. The sequins were only half coloured so you couldnt make out his features. If there was a problem with the pic, they should have let me know before it was printed and refunded my money which they wont. Very disappointed. They also seem to delete negative feedback on their site.

So happy that I used Personalised Treasure to make our sequin cushion. It's great quality, the picture is really clear and the sequins move up and down without getting stuck. Quick shipping too. Highly recommended this company.
