Total rubbish. Picture quality and everything about it means you would hide it in the cupboard like previous comments. 🤦‍♀️

Do not use this company. They are con artists. The product I received was terrible. You could not make out what it was even supposed to be. When I complained and asked for a refund they said they didn’t give refunds. I will be reporting them to trading standards.

I can't believe I made a complaint with an email which they replied to which did not resolve the problem so I emailed again and they rejected my email on several attempts absolutely disgusting customer service

Just like a lot of the previous reviews, the item was of very poor quality. Sequins were missing, the picture was dark so you couldn't fully see the image and loads of white bits on the sequins which further distorted the picture. Reply talked about white bits being the norm and that they don't do refunds. So I'm stuck with something I can't give as a present because it's so bad. Any good reviews are either very lucky or are fake reviews from the company itself. DON'T WASTE YOUR MONEY!

Picture distorted! Stitching was awful!! Loose hanging threads! And the quality of the fabric was total rubbish!!

I emailed the company and included a photo of the rubbish they’d sent me and they refused a refund due to it being personalised! Regardless of the fact that everything about it was terrible!
So I’ve paid over £25 for a cushion that is only fit for the bin!

It was bought as a gift for my daughter and I’d be embarrassed to give it to her!!

I emailed them again which they totally ignored!

Always loved this company and always give the highest quality products

I wish I had read the reviews before ordering. Spoilt a very special graduation day at my nursery. Ordered 5 personalised cushions and only 4 turned up. They were terrible quality and the wrong colour. Had a really bad smell on them as well and packaging was horrible. Told them I want a refund because I couldn't use any of them as I could not leave one child out and they have offered a refund for 2. The one I didn't receive and one more, which I think is unacceptable. I told them I would send them all back as they can not be used.
Just don't waste you money and time.

Poor customer service. Struggled to get a response and then when I did they weren’t really interested in helping a customer. Won’t use again!

Really poor company to deal with. I placed an order but their website didn't work correctly. They responded to all emails except the one in which I'd requested a cancellation. So they sent the product anyway and then fought me with PayPal to keep the money. Just order elsewhere

Ordered a night you became our Mummy double print and came as advertised, print looks fine for the cost only negatives was a lock of communication in when it would be dispatched and the packaging it came in could have been more protective but all in all I got what I paid for

Ordered for my partner for her first Mother’s Day. I received the stock picture that is on the advert, not the one I uploaded to the website. I contacted customer services to be told I can’t have a replacement as this is what I ordered. Why would anyone want a random picture that it’s advertised with!

Order number 95134. Ordered a canvas with for Valentine’s Day gift with where we met. It should have said Bridgnorth not Bri with a smudge instead of a heart. I’ve emailed several times asking for a replacement or refund only to be told eventually this is what I ordered. Absolutely disgusting. Unfortunately on their page most of the reviews are five star. Absolutely awful company DO NOT BUY

After seeing a lovely gift idea for my partner, I decided to go to their website. I uploaded a Google maps image of where we first met there was three option to change colour I chose black which changed the colour of the text and nothing else. Happy with the preview. I then placed the order. The order came through and the map which was in the shape of a heart was black. I have had several emails backwards and forwards asking for a refund and being told that I chose to have a black heart. They don't seem to see how silly that would be soon as I uploaded the map for a reason. Terrible company. I'm sure their products look nice when you get them as they are intended

DO NOT BUY. Absolutely appalling scam company. I ordered a keyring and despite saying the personalised picture had met the quality checks, it arrived barely recognisable as it was so pixelated. I emailed explaining my dissatisfaction with a picture attached to simply be told it met their standards. Customer service do not care and are extremely unhelpful. Wish I had read the reviews before, please listen and do not buy from here.

If i could give 0 i would these are absolute scammers and take advantage of people. I ordered a present before Christmas well in time for it to come and when it didnt turn up i asked for a refund they point blank refused they are scammers and need to be closed down they are disgusting!!!!!!!!!

Ordered on the 15/12/22 for a guaranteed Christmas delivery and it's now the 3/1/22 and still not here. Happy to take money off people for delivery charge but can't deliver as promised. Shocking service. Interesting there is no phone number either to call????????

I ordered from this place on 13/12/22 and I still have not received it. When I placed the order I got a email to say it’ll be a ‘guaranteed Christmas delivery’ however, now it’s nearly New Year’s Day and I still have not received anything. They seem to blame Royal Mail for the delay but I believe they have mis-sold me the product as they should have chose a alternative delivery service to avoid the misrepresentation. Very disappointed with the customer service. If you do decide to order from here be prepared for the wait.

Complete scammers running this company. Ordered 2 photo keyrings and the images are so pixelated; they look cheap & tacky.

Apparently the image I supplied didn’t meet their criteria but rather than inform me of this, they went ahead and produced an unrecognisable image on the sequinned cushion. Absolutely disgusting customer service. Badly handled. Would never use again.
