We had a slight adjustment to be made to the chair for our son's Xmas present. Given the time of year, I assumed this would take ages and be a saga that would 'run'.
Nothing could be further from the truth. The sales team were onto our request straight away and kept in touch with informative emails on a daily basis that led quickly to our preferred solution. Really excellent customer service. Thank you.

I noticed there was some damage to the original chair upon arrival but Alison was great and arranged a prompt pick up and replacement chair delivery which was in perfect condition. Would definitely recommend!

Customer service was excellent. Made me a better design as the one I sent was low quality and wouldn’t have worked well. Delivery was much faster than expected. I bought the chair bundle for my girlfriend's birthday to use for her face painting business and she loves it.

I did have a problem with my order when it arrived but this was rectified immediately. I found the customer service to be exceptional, very understanding and quick with offering a solution. I have trust in this company from this experience.

Only given the company one less star due to receiving the item broken. They immediately sent out a replacement , which unfortunately was also broken. They assured me this was rare and we came up with s solution and a partial refund for the inconvenience. I found emailing the quickest way to get a response, rather than the 'chat' service or ringing the phone line. Overall the chair is a fair price and quality very good.

I can’t recommend Personalise Online enough. The bag is super functional with lots of adaptable storage and it’s also really attractive. The quality is good too, I feel it can take the pressure of being used by a busy working Make-up Artist. The process of ordering is quick & easy and the team check in so you feel confident that the end result is as you’d like it. This is my second item from this company and I’d throughly recommend them.
