This company sucks. No product delivered. No communication except for the same message over and over again. Ordered a Christmas sweater on December 5th for a party December 22nd. Still no product December 30th. Tracking info is a joke. this company is a joke. You are better off burning your money than buying something from them. Read other reviews. This company is bogus
Do not order from this company. I paid for express shipping on 3 items on 12/6/22 and have yet to receive my order. I get the same response from the company. No live customer support. I am trying to get a credit of $150. A waste of money and time.

I had a terrible experience with this vendor.
I ordered a Christmas sweater the first week of December. It only arrived on January 10th. It was supposed to make it here on time according to the processing / shipping timeline listed on their site.
I kept getting these generic email responses
from the company stating that I should be patient. I requested to cancel my order and get refunded. They were just simply ignoring that request.
The product that finally arrived is not at all as described on the website. It was supposed to be a SWEATER, hence the name: ugly Christmas sweater. What has arrived is a long sleeve polyester T-shirt of the awful quality.
I certainly do not recommend this vendor, do yourself a favor and don’t shop here.
