Wow. The work that Joe and the team did to get me to mortgage offer was immense. The valuations on properties kept coming through odd but Joe persisted and worked tirelessly ending up applying through 4 banks to get the deal DONE. Joe earned his keep that is for sure and was commended throughout the process by solicitors and estate agents for keeping them abreast constantly as well which they loved. Thank you Joe and team

Absolutely super service from Start to finish, I was recommended to speak with Barry by a friend, he was straight down the line, spoke in layman terms, and showed plenty of patience. From what I thought would be a laborious tricky event, was actually a really simply managed and staged way of allowing my parents to release some funds from their property that they own.
