When no financial institution would re-mortgage my property (because I'm retired), Joe found a few companies that would! Joe was friendly, 100% customer service orientated and assisted the whole way through, even after his job was complete and the solicitors had taken over, Joe continued to be helpful and supportive. I can't recommend Personal Retirement Planning enough.
