We are a small sight loss charity in Wirral that borders onto Birkenhead Park, so pests are a big concern for us in our building. Ryan has been wonderful! He is responsive, organised with his time and very polite and reassuring. You can tell that he cares about clients and getting the jobs done right, and there is no judgement in his approach. He is informative throughout the process, ensuring we understand and agree with his analysis and approach, and we receive detailed write ups and risk assessments following the work completed. We are very happy with the work completed and we will be going to Pestforce for any of our pest control needs going forwards.

I called Pest Force as my previous company had provided a less than satisfactory service. Marcus was very informative and reassuring on the telephone; we booked an appointment which was maintained and he did a thorough survey and provide lots of advise and support to address the problem. He took the time to survey neighbouring bordering properties - an excellent service. We identified some areas to work on and now I'm just pending his report. I would definitely recommend Pest Force and Marcus. Thank you

Tenants reported mice. Rob(Lewisham) went around on the same day and laid bait. He put mesh on the entry holes and did a thorough investigation of the whole flat. Two return visits to check and the mice seem to have gone. If they return- I will be happy to use Rob again. He liased with the tenants and kept me informed. Happy tenants! Happy landlady!

We had an issue with honey bees.
Nathan was super, came and took a good look, made a plan to safely remove and re home the bees.
Very friendly personable guy, so easy to talk to and good communication by phone and email.
Very respectful of both us and the property.
We would highly recommend Nathan for any problems with any pests. An absolute diamond.

Chris came to my house to get rid of a wasps nest which was located in my porch and dangerous to anyone that called. Within ten minutes he had dealt with them and after two hours we checked and they were gone - Prior to contacting Pestforce we spoke to a number of firms who were all more expensive than Pestforce. Give them a call and you won't be disappointed.

Pest Force provided a great service.

Our initial request was dealt with swiftly and the issue resolved the following day !

I was worried about a possible wasps nest somewhere as I kept finding dead/dying wasps in my sons bedroom. I was going mad trying to locate the nest.
Callum came from the WA postcode area with Ryan who was learning the trade. Both absolutely lovely lads, really polite & smart. They knew exactly what was going on almost immediately. He had a really good look around my property, and quickly realised it was my neighbour's house that was the problem, which he said was a really occurrence recently. They knocked on and spoke to my neighbours on my behalf who luckily agreed to have the nest treated.
Anyone going absolutely out of their mind about wasp infestation like I was, give these guys a ring. 10/10 would recommend.

Very poor service. Was offered a guaranteed service to remove fleas for a fixed fee of £200, numbers didn't reduce, they came back to treat a week later, still the remained. It's now been 4 weeks and I'm being told to use a company thermakill if I want a guaranteed service. I filed a complaint 10 days ago however I've still not heard back.

I haven't used this company for my pest issue as I am still waiting for a call back after phoning the Stockport office yesterday morning and leaving a voicemail and trying again yesterday afternoon - again no reply. I eventually rang the emergency phone 0333 number and they took my contact details. The person I was speaking to tried himself to ring Pestforce Stockport for me, but again no reply.
I have contacted another company and they are coming to see me tomorrow. Very poor customer service.

Recently completed an extended course of 'treatment' to eradicate rat activity from our house. Unfortunately not fully dealt with by the previous owner. Rob May arrived very promptly after the initial call and organised the bait and traps. After establishing the entry point (and us having to take up existing decking and organise a visit from Wessex Water - who were also brilliant) we eventually were able to solve the problem - poor drain installation by the property developer. The service was good value and Rob was efficient and reliable, with good communication, follow up arrangements and reports. Thank you.

Nathan from Pestforce Leicestershire was very professional and quite a personable and friendly chap. Highly recommend his services. He was quite thorough and 'fingers crossed' pesky ants make no return. Keep up the great work Nathan, you're a diamond!

Worst experience ever.
I don’t understand how did they get the other reviews.
They came with lots of promises and the first appointment was overall good, he put some cockroaches gel and some traps,
On second appointment he came and watched the traps and said that we doing good and left.
I was very surprised when I got the invoice for that.
When I called the office they were very polite but helpless.
Is being 2 months now that I’m waiting for their quote for yearly contract.

From the initial contact with Alison, I found pest force west London extremely helpful and efficient in dealing with my enquiry. Mathew who visited my property was both informative and very efficient in his survey and report, as was Sean on his follow up and recommendations. I have hesitation recommending pest force west London.
