Bait boxes
Our last order was prefect item may have been cheaper on another site but I feel I made the right choice using pestfix. The only reason I having down graded is the site kept crashing so I was unable to get everything I needed.
But I will differently use them again.

Robert was excellent
I placed my order having been reassured that living in Dublin would not be a problem. It turned out that there was a problem, not of Pestfix's making and my order was returned to Pestfix. I spoke to Robert, the operations manager who very quickly came up with a solution. This required thinking outside the box to ensure I was able to receive the order and my customer was not inconvenienced in any way. 3 days later my delivery arrived. This could have been very damaging to my business but to be fair to Robert and Pestfix understanding the situation I was in, they went above and beyond and made sure everything worked out. I really appreciate what they did and would have no hesitation in recommending this company and their staff. What I received was excellent custormer service and in todays culture that is very rare.
