Hello Fraser, I'm sorry that you had a poor experience from the DPD couriers. For future orders, please do contact us when you think the couriers have made a mistake, we can help to intervene, confirm there GPS location when they attempted a delivery and get them to return if they are at fault.

Easy order and brilliant after sales service
It was very easy to order and it arrived very quickly. But what makes the 5 stars is the after sales service. I emailed Pestfix with a query and within less than 10 minutes I received a call with exactly the information I needed! I have never had such quick and thoroughly helpful service before! Brilliant!!

Excellent service from the Supplier
The service from PestFix was unbeatable. My order was dispatched within a couple of hours of it's being placed. Unfortunately the courier - DPD - didn't seem to understand what our postbox was for - despite their text message stating that I didn't need to be in to have the order delivered. As it happens we WERE in, but the delivery driver took it back to the depot. I had to go to the post office - twice - before I could collect it. PestFix offered to refund the money I'd paid for next day delivery.

Recently placed an order with Postfix…
Recently placed an order with Pestfix and the service was top notch sorted it all out very quickly and was available to collect the next day. I dealt with Julie and she was very helpful in suggesting some training courses my team could go on she even managed to arrange a course earlier than advertised which I thought was fantastic service. Would highly recommend both Julie and Postfix we will be sure to use them in the future

Thank you for your feedback Colin. Just to clarify our delivery charges;
We use royal mail for our standard lower rate delivery, but for any orders that contain a pesticide, liquid or aerosol we have to send by courier. The courier services we use are always a next working day service with a timed delivery window and gps tracking to suit the needs of those in need of pest products more urgently.
We have tested other couriers which would be cheaper, but have found them to be unreliable.

Tubs are convenient
Tubs are convenient, blocks are efficient does the job intended within a couple ofdays, better than the red bloks. So Good product.
However reading at their advertising and labels I mistakenly thought the tubs had 25blocks in them. But they actually have only 17 blocks in them. They have the weight 300grams on the tubs which is right, but as I said I thought I was buying 25blocks it says 25 on the tubs and in their advertising which is misleading, I bought 2 tubs expecting to have 50blocks in total Not 34. Disapointed.
