Courteous, helpful and informative service
People only ever seem to leave negative reviews so I felt moved to write an entirely positive one about this company. The initial call handling was friendly and courteous, as was the prompt follow-up call. We thereafter were visited by an expert by the name of Bob who gave us highly informed, friendly and professional advice.
In the end, we found that nothing was to be done but that the problem would resolve in a short period of time. Despite spending an hour at our property, we were not charged anything in light of that. Very fair and helpful. If we should ever encounter any further problems in the future in relation to pest control, we will go to this company first and would happily recommend that anyone else do the same. Five stars, no question.
