Amazing customer service

Had a size issue and was not able to exchange. When I emailed customer service theory reply was immediate and gave explanation of the exchange issue. I did a return and repurchase. Customer service helped with the additional shipping costs a d the return was very easy. It was a very professional, efficient and satisfying resolution. Best and quickest I have had with any company in a long time.

Best Customer Service Experience

I ordered the Domenica Shirred Long Sleeve Midi Dress to wear during my baby shower, but unfortunately it never arrived due to an issue with the third party shipping company. I contacted Customer Support and Marshanna was quick to help. I was prepared to fully explain the issue with receipts, but it was unnecessary because Marshanna took it upon herself to investigate where my package was and discovered the status wasn’t updated for the past week. She immediately contacted their shipping representative to get an update on the package. The very next day she provided the update from the shipping representative to me and let me know that if I didn’t receive the package within 10 days, she would file a claim on my behalf to receive a full refund. Unfortunately it never came, but Marshanna did file the claim and I’m currently waiting for the refund to hit my credit account. It was so refreshing to deal with someone who is proactive and has a customer first mentality. I seriously didn’t have to do a thing except let her know that the package never came! Although I can’t speak to the quality of petal and pup’s products, as this was my first time ordering, I am not deterred to order here again knowing that their customer service is top notch! Thank you Marshanna for being understanding and anticipating necessary next steps!

Return Item is horrific

Return Item is horrific! I returned Items that I will use for my Prenup and wanna re-purchase instead but takes forever for them to put my credit into my account. Not interested anymore to purchase anything. I will dispute this Item.

This company is just awful!! Never purchase anything from them!!!

This company is awful! I ordered three things from them. I took a shower, tried on one of them, realized it wasn’t going to work and filed for a return. They refunded the two I hadn’t tried on, but accused me of wearing the one I did. I made the mistake of putting deodorant on after my shower. They sent me photos showing residue on the dress. After I finally figured out how to get a mailing label for them to return the dress to me, I received it back yesterday. It had much lighter deodorant residue than what their photos showed and a tape that the dress had an odor. The only odor on the dress is fabric from a brand new dress!!!!! I bought it to potentially wear to my daughter’s graduation on May 17th. Not in March! I would never recommend this company to anyone. Also, I would have never paid to have the dress returned to me, except for the fact that I want to choose what happens to it instead of them selling it for a discount or writing it off! That was an easy $80 (including the return shipping gone)! I would have rather shredded $80 than had one pennie go to this company!!!! NEVER order from them! Worst service ever!!b

Refund process was terrible!

Refund process was terrible. I was told I will not receive a refund because the dress had an ‘odour’ or smell on it. All email correspondence was generic and went on about it being ‘challenging times’ and that its part of their policy. I am now out of pocket $100 for a dress I will never wear. Disgraceful policy

I would give Petal and Pup no stars if…

I would give Petal and Pup no stars if I could.
Terrible customer service. I received a top with a mark on it and because it didn’t fit properly, I sent it back and it was sent back to me telling me it was my fault and all there items are all quality checked. This item was definitely not quality checked.

Great experience

Just discovered them and I am so impressed. I have had to buy a lot of clothes lately due to weight loss and with each order that comes in I am blown away by the quality and little touches that take the clothes to another level. Bought a short set for $79 and when I received it I would have paid that price just for the shirt. The shirt even had hidden buttons like you see on high end blouses. And the shorts are lined! Great great quality. Petal & Pup is now my go to place. Thanks for great service!

Amazing quality and awesome customer service!

My fiance loves the style of Petal & Pup and I have to say I love it on her too. We live across the country and get our orders fast! We've had to return one item that was a gift that was too big. The customer service (Natalie) responded back fast and helped us out in a pinch she was great!! Very impressed with the customer service and quality of this company. Highly recommended

Amazing Customer Service!

I love the dress I ordered from Petal and Pup, but I love the customer service more. Abby gave me the most personal customer service experience I’ve ever had. She responded quickly, was friendly, and helped me navigate through an exchange. I was a rather needy customer because I needed the dress quickly, and she was so friendly and patient. Will absolutely be shopping with them regularly.

Petal and Pup is the best online store i have ever come across. Their customer service team - Abby in specific - are just lovely humans to deal with. So kind with their solving problems and supporting their customers. Their clothing is good quality and all items have come to me as the description reads and sizing info etc. Its so nice to know that if i reach out to them , they get back to me quickly and efficiently and always happy to help. A+++ customer service

Had an absolutely great experience with this company. It was my first time ordering from
them so I wasn’t completely familiar with their sizing. I had an issue with a pair of shoes and the customer service was outstanding. Will not hesitate to purchase from them again.

I bought a pair of shorts that had a…

I bought a pair of shorts that had a 'no return or exchange' final sale on it. After I purchased I realised I ordered the wrong thing (the shirt instead of the shorts). I contacted customer service and they sorted it out within 3min.

I have received my order and am totally…

I have received my order and am totally disappointed by the quality of the fabric and would like a full refund for these products.
I'm not able to access an email address to communicate this with someone from Petal and Pup.
Could someone please email so that I can organise the return of the products and a full refund? I would not pay these prices for such terrible quality of fabrics.

Terrible customer service..

Terrible customer service..
I purchased an order and some of the items didn’t fit me, simply wanted to refund as they don’t fit but found the website doesn’t offer a return although it’s stated on the website that you can do a refund within 30 days for $10 shipping fee .. ok no worries
Reached out to customer service and Elizabeth came back to me saying that I don’t understand what is a return means and there is no refund , and they cannot offer a return for an item doesn’t fit, faulty , wrong item or a change of mind ( no refund what so ever under any circumstances)
So first of all you are telling me that what’s written on your website is a lying to customers and if an item doesn’t fit then I have to keep it and force me to take my money.. now let’s talk about the quality, it’s absolutely terrible kind of like shein quality but for 4 times the price..
Honestly beyond disappointing, this website is a scam, lying and cheating experience
Do not shop from here if you want a good experience, and I hope everyone read all these reviews before shopping from this company
