HORRIBLE!!!!
I have ordered two items from this company. The first order was horrible. Did not come as advertised at all and there was a mistake in the stitching that caused the whole piece to be messed up. It also was not true to size at all (I ordered a small and not kidding when I say it FELL off of me).
I was unable to receive a refund for this order so I opted for store credit (which didn’t include the cost of shipping) and ordered a dress for an upcoming wedding. I ordered the dress on 10/6/2023 and selected 3-6 day shipping. After multiple conversations with customer service requesting a refund, they refuse. They are now stating that the dress will arrive on 10/25/2023. I’ve been asking for a refund since the shipping window was over and the item had not even shipped out and the constant response was “we will look into this for you!”. save your money and never buy from this site.

I ordered 3 outfits from Pedal and Pup not realizing that i ordered from out if the country (AU). They did not fit at all. I went to send them back to the company and it was going to cost me $287.00. Now i am stuck with the clothes. Horrible business

I had ordered a couple of pieces for my Europe trip and unfortunately they did not look good on me as they did on the model, lol! Elizabeth was quick to help and made my return process very easy. I am so happy and pleased with her service, as well as the companies.
I ordered a beautiful dress which I absolutely loved but unfortunately was too small. Alesha was my customer service person and the service she gave was impeccable she went above and beyond to assist me and to find a solution I would happily shop again with Petal and Pup
This online store is perfect for any type of wear, from cool, smart, casual to sophisticated, trendy, and formal wear and best of all, at a reasonable price. I recently had to return some items , only because of sizing, and was pleasantly surprised with the prompt, courteous outstanding customer service. 👏 I will definitely recommend this store to everyone.
This is such a great shop and amazing customer service! Returns are super easy which is rare since it is an Australian shop and I’m in NZ and I always find it difficult to return items to other shops. The clothes are such great quality especially for the prices! Highly recommend! Also huge thanks to Abby who was super helpful and amazing when I contacted them with a couple questions! X

I found my dream dress for a wedding, I could only get a size 10 when normal I am a 12 - so I order the 10 just in case it was a big make. Unfortunately it did not fit 🥺But it was my lucky day and a 12 had been returned !! Thank you Bless for working the mess all out - Kim x
I bought an outfit from Macy's Marketplace by Petal and Pup. I returned the item on 8/11/2023 to be shipped back to them for a refund. They received the item on 8/18/2023. It is now 8/31/23 and I am being told I will not receive my refund until 9/6/2023! Macy's receipt documents, "Allow 5-15 days for shipping and processing". In these times, having to wait nearly 30 days for a refund is ridiculous! This is very poor customer service on Macy's part and Petal and Pup. They need to work out a new process.
So impressed with the efficient, caring and human customer service we received when I made an error in an order. It was resolved so quickly and with pleasantries. Thankyou for making my order work out. I’m excited to receive the package that I intended now!
Highly recommend Petal & Pup. Not only are their dresses high quality and fit amazing, their customer service is the best I’ve experienced. I recently paid extra for expedited shipping so that I had my dress in time for my friends wedding as a bridesmaid, the package seemed to get lost in the mail and customer service did everything they could to make sure I got the dress in time. I’ll be ordering from them again!
I sent them an email as I couldn't print off the return slip. I received a response the very next morning, and they attached the return slip to the email. Their customer service is amazing as you don't normally get a response so quickly, and so politely.
Also, the delivery times were so quick, I couldn't believe it. I will definitely be buying more from this company.
I have over 5+ dresses from P&P and I love them all! The material looks expensive (but often is very affordable) and I love their sizing system to help you get the best size for the way the dresses fit. They work for all occasions and I'm a very happy repeat customer 😊

Honestly it is very evident that the same person wrote most of these reviews. I'm a forensic nd sociology expert. When you have the same intelligence, cadence and patter of no misspelled words...it is pretty likely the same well-spoken and educated person may have written all these reviews using fake profiles. Anyone care to weigh in?
Customer service is terrible. No one actually talks to you. Instead, you just get the same email on repeat every time you message them. There is no phone number or text to chat with any one either.
My card got charged for an item before I even authorizaed the purchase! I tried to cancel immediately. Someone emailed me quickly, then dropped off, and I never heard from her again. Now they want me to pay a shipping fee, in addition to delivery fee (total $20) for an item I never even wanted to purchase!

I had a very good experience with Customer Services. Unfortunately items I had ordered went missing so that was disappointing. However, the customer service that I received was excellent. My service provider was very swift in response each time I provided the relevant information. My order was refunded swiftly with the apology from the company coming promptly. In the circumstances, they were extremely professional and great to deal with.
