Pamela was Awesome!!

Pamela was Awesome!!! She answered all my questions having my Account in front of her...As I explained I have been ordering cat food since the Pandemic and I have allways been impressed with the service provided as I live in CA and in 3 to 5 days my order is sitting on my front porch and I will add the local stores most of the time do not have any stock and the local prices are more than what you have charged me....Keep up the Great job you have been doing....

Will literally cheat you

Will literally cheat you! They took it upon themselves (without approval) to ship a 6 month script of Nexgard. In doing so they INFLATED the cost by 26 1/2%….
pretty ballsy. If this is who NEXGARD chooses to conduct business with I will no longer purchase their script products. The consumer pays a price initially but the script manufacturer & in this case PetCareRX will pay the larger price of lost business. We have plenty of options!

Overcharge on 3 Orders

I had made four purchases on 4 dates before Aug. 23. After dealing with a telephone employee and her espousing rules I had never heard, I stated I did not want to renew my membership. She immediately cancelled my membership, and I did not receive discount pricing on items I ordered. After calling two additional times to speak to a manager I finally was called back. I am still waiting on the refund.

Problem solved quickly and politely

My call was returned quickly, representative trapped the problem right away, was polite and grateful for my call.
This company has never made a shipping mistake in several years, products are good, communication is good, packaging as well
