I had been putting off this call for…

I had been putting off this call for weeks. I had an unopened prescription for my dog, Frankie, which I no longer needed because he passed. The CSR was kind and understanding and even sent a sympathy card. Thank you for your patience and understanding during this difficult time!

Thieves

I purchased one item from this company back in 2023 for my dog and I had no plans to order from them again. Out of the blue, and over one later this company has attempted to take/withdraw $54.11 out of my bank account with out my authorization. They attempted this transaction twice and can be proven. Oh was I upset! I called PetcareRX and spoke with a representative. I explained my concerns and then she transferred me to who I presumed was a manager or supervisor. I believe name was Jackie. I asked why is this company making unauthorized transactions on my account. She refused to give me a straight answer as I asked twice why are they making unauthorized transactions on my account! I am upset at this point! She says something about a yearly subscription that I had no ideal of and certainly did not agree to keep my card on file that long and charge it without my authorization. Expressing my disappointment, she eventually said she canceled my subscription. WHAT SUBSCRIPTION? At this point I told her that I would like to make a complaint and can I speak with a higher power. As she fortunately says, there’s no one available at this time. I told her that I would be making several complaints. These are average hard working people you’re taking advantage of and this needs to stop.

PetCareRx is falsely advertising prices…

PetCareRx is falsely advertising prices and items that it does not have. We tried getting a variety of canned wet cat food and dog toys because the price was the best online with their coupon codes and free shipping (spend enough money, just make sure the weight isn't too heavy). However, the items are not actually in stock! Avoid.

Terrible Experience: Incorrect Order, Poor Customer Service

I recently had an incredibly disappointing experience with my latest purchase. I ordered 20 units of a particular item, only to receive a mere 3 units of the wrong size.

The frustration began when I contacted customer service to rectify the error. While they acknowledged the mistake, their proposed solution was far from satisfactory. They offered to accept a return of the incorrect items, but insisted that I foot the bill for the return shipping costs.

To add insult to injury, even after complying with their demands and returning the incorrect items, I never received the correct order. Instead, I found myself stuck in a loop of inconvenience, where obtaining a refund meant I had to fork out additional money for shipping costs.

This entire ordeal has left me deeply dissatisfied with the company's service and their handling of the situation. Not only did they fail to deliver on their end of the transaction, but they also demonstrated a lack of accountability by expecting the customer to bear the financial burden of their mistakes.

In conclusion, my experience with this company has been nothing short of a nightmare. I would strongly advise others to steer clear and explore alternative options for their purchases.

There’s a picture of a 50 pack of Churros treats for $10 days on sale and then real small it says pack of 10 !!! I of course didn’t realize that until I receive my package

Besides extremely over priced, that’s leading the consumer on. Now I have to waste my money to send it back to them. I won’t buy again & I have a cat rescue. BS

FRAUDULENT Company…

Terrible customer service and shipping is a joke. They solely care about upselling a “yearly membership” to customers. They will call you incessantly right after you place an order.

Also, portions of my orders have randomly been cancelled, without notice, because the items suddenly weren’t in stock even though they are available on the website for purchase. Shipping takes forever, even though you pay for it, and they don’t care if packages are lost. Their “customer service” is useless and more than unhelpful when you contact them.

Company is a joke. I’ll stick with CHEWY a company that actually cares about ANIMALS!!

Went to order an antibiotic for my cat…

Went to order an antibiotic for my cat that the vet didn't stock. A blizzard of popups -- enter your email for 15% off! -- enter your mobile # for 15% off!! -- join our buyer's club for more savings!!! -- enroll in autoship for even more savings!!! Eventually I make it through the transaction. By the end of the day I have received 3 texts, 6 emails, and a phone call from a very friendly person trying to get me to sign up for all the programs I declined on the website. The final email of the day (thus far) was to let me know that the antibiotic is out of stock, we'll let you know when it becomes available. Sorry for any inconvenience! It's an antibiotic, not a chew toy. Time is of the essence. Stop wasting my time.

Update: Four days after placing the order I received an automated phone call stating the antibiotic is still out of stock and requesting I call back to let them know how I wished to proceed with the order. When I got home the antibiotic I had ordered from their competitor the next day was in my mailbox. 'Nuff said.

DO NOT LEAVE YOUR CREDIT CARD ON FILE FOR AUTOSHIP! DO NOT USE AUTOSHIP WITH THIS COMPANY! We purchased Seresto for our 6 dogs 7 months ago and then promptly returned it before using after reading warning label. Yesterday our credit card was charged $328.43 because PetCareRx decided to autoship us 6 Seresto collars without our permission. There was absolutely no email sent to manage the autoship in email or spam. If there had been we would have at least changed the quantity as 2 of our dogs have passed away and we would not need 6 collars anyway. But, why would a product we returned still be on autoship anyway? This company charged our credit card, shipped the product then sent an email stating it has been shipped. And, supposedly we will receive a credit once we receive the product, take it to UPS, they process the return and issue us a check all while our $328 is tied up through no fault of our own for WEEKS!
